**What do you like best about Callbox?**

The feedback regarding the campaign success weekly is useful. The research time spent really helped, they work collaboratively with us to understand the business, present the right tone and message etc

**What do you dislike about Callbox?**

although the weekly emailed stats are great, it would be nice to have a dashboard available to access realtime info, and a collated view of the project so far. The customer support team and the intended audience might not have the same culture. A call centre in the UK/US with people who know the local rules and customs of the target audience could help customers understand what they want and talk to them better.

Take the time to ensure the messging is right for you. The team will review and make the relevant changes until its on point.

**What problems is Callbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Affording us the resource of an outbound sales team to spark the initial interest in our products with our chosen vertical of target businesses for our small team of software consultants to then demonstrate the solution. This benefits us being a small company with no current resource to run a campaign internally of this scale.

They are very professional and deliver at scale. In our case, sales people gave the final feedback about the quality, and they were very happy. They do that by levering data collection by technological means. They just being smart.

Callbox's database in Europe is not the best for our use case.

I would recommend them and work with them myself when possible. They deliver above expectations in quality and quantity.

Callbox worked with us on business development in the US for our niche B2B 3D printing products. This is a very technical and complicated persona, which is extremely hard to find. Callbox managed to provide a good stream of high-quality leads, despite no background in 3D printing.

I value how they have worked hard to integrate with our company processes and culture. Olga and Leslie have become true business partners and know how to get things done for us in the back shop!

Onboarding late 2021 into 2022; the "start-up" was challenging and took longer than I had planned- but it was more us than Callbox.  We renewed our relationship  late 2022 for 2023 for another contract period and that was the best decision. I would be lost right now without their partnership, execution and ability to be flexible on multi campaigns and strategies to achieve our revenue goals! Olga and Leslie and her team are running full speed with us now!

Be patience- if you are looking for a real outsourced business partner who thinks as you do and anticipates your needs  - be realistic - it takes time to understand an industry, the sales process, terminology and the sales cycle.

Not a dislike, but possibly their process needs some fine-tuning. There are too many no-shows for the setup appointments.

Manage your expectations appropriately. It takes some time to fine-tune the process of finding the right target businesses. Also, there will be no-shows. So if you have set aside time for an appointment, you may feel your time is wasted.

Very good responsiveness on email from the team, especially Hera. This meant we could always get a quick answer to a problem, even outside local office hours. Plentiful and useful feedback on the weekly huddles with plans for improvments.

The editing of email templates was a lengthy process as many changes requested were not made the first time , so it took longer than necessary to get marketing materials approved. We would also have benefitted from someone to guide us on materials and which structures/wording were most impactful based on Callbox's experiences, and prompts for how often we should look to change the messaging.

Carefully plan your intended messaging journey that you want to take new prospects on, and ensure it is tailored to your ICP. Also think ahead about difficult questions or topics that might arise and create bridging phrases to answer queries or take the conversation back to the intended area of focus.

We have not had any issues that were not easily fixed with a quick quality call. Most of the time, the Callbox team is already on top of the perceived problem and is ready to present solutions or recommendations that efficiently rectify the problem.

If you want a successful relationship with Callbox, I recommend you stay involved in the process. They are willing to do whatever they can to ensure your campaign is successful, so spending a little bit of time upfront and being transparent about your goals is beneficial. - The detailed information obtained by the Callbox Team is unfortunately still inadequate. Could go further deep for the qualification.
- Could be more aggressive in exploring other markets, such as Thailand, Singapore, and also Malaysia. So far, most of the leads come from the Philippines and Indonesia only. 
- Need to target more qualified leads per week for better ROI.
- Expensive.

Cost to ROI ratio must be deeply considered. The team is efficient and quite proactive, however, and therefore could be a good partner for medium size businesses to expand into regions such as SEA. Ensure the onboarding process is well structured and has strict timelines.

Callbox really helps me in finding qualified leads. This is very useful for me and the team to increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) that we are targeting.

Always helpful. Willing to come up with ideas and solutions to challenges. Appreciate how flexible they are in accommodating changes of plans or when implementing course corrections.

Not so much a dislike but rather something to build on for the future. It would be great if the content creation capabilities could be upgraded. Being able to develop great quality content, be it print, web or video material, would be perfect. At the moment, it does the job but doesn't necessarily mirror the corporate standards.

They helped with lead generation and did all the heavy lifting concerning scoring, nurturing and converting. This offloaded much of the workload, allowing us to focus on our core activities.

I've been impressed with how responsive CallBox has been throughout the entire process of working with them.  They're not a company that earns your business and then disappears.  They're there for me every step of the way.

I'm hesitant to say that there's been anything I've disliked, but it was a process to get the message honed in to start producing results.  It's not a knock on CallBox - it's just a process to get dialed in.

Be prepared to do some up-front assignments, working hand in hand with your CallBox team to develop sales and marketing messages that get the qualified responses you're looking for.  The input up front is vital.

Callbox was hired as a lead generator.  They described themselves as the "Best in the Industry" and would set 2-4 appointments a week.  We maybe got 2-4 a month if we were lucky.  More complaints about not being able to understand the caller (from Callbox) were what we heard the most when we would reach out.   Hundreds of local businesses were given to them to call and still nothing.  Metropark provides telecommunications for every business, of every size, in every industry.  Only an appointment was needed, no sales over the phone were involved.  Should have been the easiest project and not sure anyone ever did anything outside of LinkedIn connecting....

**What do you like best about Callbox?**

Cant think of a single thing.... Very expensive, no leads, no growth for any ROI and every week having someone read me an email full of stats and waste more time was icing on the cake.

**What do you dislike about Callbox?**

The lack of what was promised and the fact that we were required to pay $30,000 UP FRONT.  Now that makes more sense because you know that no one would ever continue to pay a monthly...

We distribute a highly technical SaaS-based solution that has unique groups of buyers. Callbox helped us develop a plan with targets and goals to reach our ideal market segments with a very relatable story.

They build a program, they don't try and sell you leads. By working together to build a program and allowing us to dictate the message and the customer base, it allowed us to ensure we acquiring highly qualified leads. The other companies we looked at just wanted to sell leads with a per lead cost. Callbox wanted to become a part of our team and work together to generate new business opportunities.

There were a number of no-shows to the appointments we initially started setting up but we worked together to minimize the occurrences and as the program matured, the no-shows all but stopped.

Do a proof of concept and be very involved in the script and graphic design work. Also we had a lot more success when we narrowed down the audience we were reaching out to and had a very specific offering instead of a general offering.

Callbox has applied their ABM strategies to help our company generate leads in APAC regions, including SG, MY, TH, AU and so on. The main goal is to set up appointments with qualified leads to increase opportunities for business development.

The webinars held every month are very helpful in terms of increasing brand awareness in our target countries. Callbox can compile a bunch of prospects with target profile and reach out to them through call, email and LinkedIn. I'm sure the prospects will remember SMART Modular at some points after those marketing approaches.

I can't really find anything I dislike about Callbox because they are a professional team and they know what they can deliver. It's just in the beginning maybe the target or industry profile was not well understood and the generated sales qualified leads are not as accurate as expected. After constant communication, the quality has improved alot already.
