What do you dislike about Callbox?

Onboarding late 2021 into 2022; the "start-up" was challenging and took longer than I had planned- but it was more us than Callbox. We renewed our relationship late 2022 for 2023 for another contract period and that was the best decision. I would be lost right now without their partnership, execution and ability to be flexible on multi campaigns and strategies to achieve our revenue goals! CallBox has been an amazing resource for me.

They have set meetings for me with my top target contacts leading to sales. Many are with new companies I have never contacted before!

The customer service is top-notch. My questions are answered swiftly regardless of time zone differences. Do they ever sleep?

What do you like best about Callbox?

Very good responsiveness on email from the team, especially Hera. This meant we could always get a quick answer to a problem, even outside local office hours. Plentiful and useful feedback on the weekly huddles with plans for improvments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The editing of email templates was a lengthy process as many changes requested were not made the first time , so it took longer than necessary to get marketing materials approved. We would also have benefitted from someone to guide us on materials and which structures/wording were most impactful based on Callbox's experiences, and prompts for how often we should look to change the messaging.
