Buildium is easy to navagate and access for owner, tenants and employees.

The Support is helpful and respectful. I use Buildium every single day for 8 hours a day and I am very thankful for how easy it is to use. Buildium makes owners happy by having the rental owner statement avalible and easy to access, tenants love being able to pay and get renters insurance on their portal. It is easy to enter leases and list properties for rent. We have been using Buildium for many years and can not imagine trying to manage our properties without them!!! The main issue is Buildium is always updating. Most of the time it is wonderful but sometimes there is updates without notice and then we have to redue our process because of the update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the flexibility Buildium has with all the different services it syndicates with like Tenant Turner, Monday (CRM), eLeasing! Buildium is also very user friendly, I am on the road for most of my work day and appreciate the ease and speed, I can obtain property, tenant, or applicant information! I love most aspects of the accounting portion. I love the ePay option and have a high amount of tenants who use it, bills section, easy to reconcile and keep books in order. I like the screening available for prospective tenants. The ability to grow our portfolio and keep everything organized means everything! There are some aspects that need to be improved and I try to add feature suggestions or sign up for one-on-one feedback sessions with Buildium. The task and work orders section gets a little daunting. I look forward to the day when they roll out upgrades like projects so you can track multiple tasks under one project. Often times with turnover, you can have 4-5 tasks associated with that one property. Some of the communication through tasks need improvement. We've sent our suggestions in. Theres not very many postives I can report about using Buildium after they caused us major losses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They told us we would have read only access for 60 days after ending our account which was not true so we lost all our data. They also turned off tenant turner before our subscription ended and never turned it back on so we had no way of listing for the last month of use on our account which we paid for and were not reimbursed.
