The data integration post-enrollment, for data to feed from bswift into our HRIS was time-consuming, it took about 3 months to build out the data sets and integrate for a data feed into our HR system. We mainly chose this platform to administer our benefit enrollments for multiple locations across the US. This interactive program guides our employees through the enrollment process and offers recommendattions for specific needs by asking a few questions.
