there are so many things I love about BrightHire. It allows me to focus on the conversation without scrambling to take notes and ensures I don't miss important technical details. It accurately captures industry jargon, even when candidates have accents or tend to ramble, and organizes key takeaways into clear bullet points. I also appreciate how it filters out filler words, keeping the information concise and relevant. Plus, with notes seamlessly integrated into my scorecard, my admin time is drastically reduced. I wish there were an easier way to learn how to use BrightHire right from the start. While it was straightforward to call candidates and have notes populate the scorecard, figuring out how to automatically fill in the scorecard wasn't as intuitive. I had to discover on my own that I needed to create interview questions for it to work properly. I’m a big fan of BrightHire and don’t have many specific dislikes, I have noticed a couple of challenges. For our less technical team members, there was a learning curve to using the platform effectively. Additionally, some candidates are still getting used to being recorded, which means I can’t always use BrightHire for every interview.
