What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I love the look of the interface, it's so easy to read and very streamlined. I love that they make the chat to connect with an agent for help so easy, although sometimes it takes awhile for someone to answer. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I love falcon! We used meltwater recently and hated it. I just wish we had the option to hide the new menu in Engage on the left hand side. I don't care for that update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team is very responsive and willing to help. They do periodic checkins that are useful and help optmize our useage of the platform. It compares to competitors in a great way. There's a few features that I'd like to see rolled out. When talking to my account manager she mentioned getting them added in some kind of "beta" but never followed up. Though this is a small issue and I love the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy to use! I can copy my posts while scheduling so for each platform I dont have to retype or set all my dates and times its already in there and makes it so easy to post to all 3 platforms at once! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it could reformat my images if i upload the wrong size. Sometimes I get the sizing wrong and it wont accept the image so i have to resize it and come back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, odd formatting issues occur in the publisher.

We were able to have a seamless transition from one enterprise-level social media management tool to Falcon. The onboarding process, regular trainings, and frequent touchbases with our reps has been a breath of fresh air when compared to our experience with other similar platforms.

Certain features within Falcon have allowed us to ensure our clients have the exact level of involvement in their social media process that they need, and features like shareable views give us more control over how much larger teams can be aware of what is being published on social media.
