I don't have much dislkes about Falcon.io. One thing maybe is how its interface looklike and somehow sometimes confusing to me. There are a lot of fields and buttons confuses me where to go or what to look for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to monitor our social media accounts especially we have hundreds of brands. We are able to address customer's issues or concerns raised via social media, identify the areas of improvement by looking at relevant comments or reviews of customers. What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Falcon.io, now Brandwatch Social Media Management, is the most robust platform with the best customer experience for the price. No other platform that I've used or researched comes even close to the quality you get for the price. It's also intuitive, growing and evolving its product roadmap beautifully, provides superb customer support and training resources.

As written in the title for the review the thing I like best about Falcon is that one tool monitors all our social media activity. It makes it a lot more convenient to monitor Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram comments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface in browser. The user interface on desktop is acceptable but the most recent update has done more harm than good in my opinion. Eventhough there is an app available on mobile platform accessing Falcon.io via browser on mobile is bad experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

It's very easy and comfortable to use when you're part of a team. I love that we can all work on stuff in different moments and leave each other important notes.
