Brandwatch has a lot of dreams but falls short when it comes to regular use. There were many times when the basic usability just wasn't there such as tagging companies when posting to LinkedIn from the system (which we would then have to go back and add later when published when time allows) as well as issues with posts failing to publish but then publishing later after being deleted from the system. You tend to get handed from person to person when seeking assistance and the chatbot seems to be the go-to when needing any type of support even if you get your own account manager. An easy-to-use tool with every social media management function I need to run multiple accounts across multiple channels efficiently. 'Publish' and 'Measure' are the main two sections that I use every single day. 'Listen' is also a brilliant tool to complement my other more traditional reporting metrics - I have email alerts set up for brand mentions which are super handy, and the sentiment volume breakdown has helped me to quanitfy something that would otherwise be near impossible. The text editor in the 'Publish' segment can sometimes be a bit choppy, misreading paragraph breaks as double spaces or sometimes missing them completly. This can make inputting text more fiddly than it needs to be. Posts do occasionally fail but having used other social tools, I don't think this is a Brandwatch-specific probelm.
