The user interface is very user-friendly.
Navigating through the platform is intuitive. The team didn't need a tech manual to figure out how to schedule posts, track engagements, and keep an eye on our social presence.
Scheduling posts is the favorite feature. Being able to plan and organize content in advance saves lots of time.
The analytics dashboard is like a crystal ball. Even without a background in analytics, the team can understand how our posts are performing. The visual reports are a game-changer.
GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scheduling posts on twitter is not so seamless particularly those with video media . Cant add a thumbnail from the get go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a complete solution allowing you to schedule posts, check performance and easily view and respond to comments. Ability to add tags and filter based on specific tags makes tracking specific posts easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not sure if this is a setting controlled by my company or if it is part of the system but I cannot find a way to edit a post after it has been published. This would be a useful featue as sometimes a spelling or factual error is discovered but I have no way to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brandwatch is a great tool for a company to review all content before putting it out meaning that all guide lines can be followed for that company when posting on socials. Maximising efficiency and minimising risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is missing a fair few features that you would have access to if you were to simply use the platforms themselves, thus limiting the conent that you can post on the various platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brandwatch has been very user friendly for myself. It rarely has any slow-downs. Great for an all-in-one management, reporting, and social care/community management, social listening, and imnfluencer tool. Getting the tool implemented was quick and our account manager was incredibly helpful. I live inside Brandwatch every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Any issues we have are solved by customer support chat or our CSM. And if neither know, they have looped in the product teams for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the clear communication from Brandwatch Social Media Management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot pinpoint anything that I dislike about Brandwatch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not the only solution that lets you bring all your channels into one spot, but it seems to be the most effective and the most user-friendly and easy to implement and integrate (no need to engage IT departmetn if you're able to copy-paste a several URLs yourself).
Content analytics widgets are exceptional, the number of custom reports that can be set up and automated is a time-saver.
The best part in my view is the social media listening tool. As good as all other features are, this is the most valuable thing about the platform.
Equally as good is the customer support. Probably the most responsive, patient and non-judgemental team of professionals helping out with answers in real-time. Answers. Not just links to "How to" and manuals.
With all that, on a good day I estimate that Brandwatch probably does the work of a 0.3 FTE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The limitations of Brandwatch are those typical to most social media management/listening SaaS and are generally driven by the social media (source) channels and what those are sharing via APi rather than the SaaS itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I most like the comprehensive nature of the search results. I also like the simple user interfaces which have led me to develop more discipline for my social media practice. My sales rep was among the best I have ever worked with while purchasing a tech service which have been many over decades as an agency owner and marketing exec- so incredibly helpful solving two very real business problems for me before I even purchased. It showed real partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not sure if this is a dislike as much as a reality- It takes time to understand how to produce the best results. Training reources are much better than their competitors I have worked with but I always feel like me and my ADD want it to be easier to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brandwatch provides a great analytics tool to see what type of content is performing well. Their benchmarking feature was one of the reasons we selected them, and allows for us to see how we are performing not just against the industry standard, but also against peers we can select. It's easy to get set up and use if you are familiar with other social media publishing tools. We also love that there is one log in for all their tools, so we don't have to set up multiple accounts or handle different passwords. We use brandwatch daily to schedule our posts and to analyze mentions, and it's easy to navigate and understand. Our onboarding specialist has been wonderful in helping us learn the tool and getting everything set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Be careful in demos to ask for exactly what you want. We thought we were getting a particular offering and wound up having to upgrade for it. Our account manager was extremely helpful in getting this resolved though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brandwatch Social Media Management offers several features that you’d expect from a social media management tool. Notably, it provides an easy-to-use publishing feature, a simple inbox for message collation, and straightforward analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Social Listening Limitations: Brandwatch’s social listening capabilities have some limitations. For instance, video content and review sites may not always be picked up effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to schedule posts ahead of time, especially for LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter), where I normally would not have that ability. Being able to schedule posts allows me to consolidate the time I'd need to post on social. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that I have to schedule the posts for each platform individually. I can post to multiple channels on a platform at the same time, but for example I cannot post to Facebook and LinkedIn at the same time. I have to copy the post and post it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
