There is, like with any other platform, the odd issue. For example, the occasional post not publishing with no real reason given, or access to certain channels being lost if regular manual reconnection isn't carried out. Brandwatch has most of the functionality you would expect from a social media management tool. The publishing feature is easy to use, the inbox collates messages in a simple to view format and analytics are easy to view and interprete.

The tool is a little buggy. Going to a user's profile from an engage message is very hit and miss. The audience feature isn't particularly useful.

I like that Brandwatch is an all-in-one tool for social media management so that all channels can be taken care of in one place. It's a very user-friendly yet at the same time powerful tool that helps us not only keep up with conversations happening on our own channels, but ABOUT us through its social listening capabilities. Brandwatch has saved our team so much time and streamlined our processes. I have Brandwatch open all the time, every day! Besides the benefits of having all social media in one platform and having different profiles to manage everything, the best is their customer support.
