It's a great way to cut out a lot of irrelevant noise and the scheduling is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The lack of integration with the basic functions of Instagram is very frustrating, especially when other management platforms have these functions. Prioritising the Pinterest API over Threads is also ridiculous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Brandwatch is key to our social media strategy. It allows us to streamline our workflow and focus our efforts on what's most important to our brand. It provides a solution to carry out and measure all activity, and to be more proactive with our content strategy - constantly optimising with deeper analytics.

The simple fact that we can do everything from one easy-to-use interface has saved our business so much time. We can now dedicate time to social media listening, which we could never have imagined. And the fact it's powered by Brandwatch means we have access to powerful insights that help us to analyse conversations and trends happening around our brand and the wider industry - allowing us to make effective, data-driven decisions.

And on top of that, their customer service is second-to-none - having 24/7 live chat support from knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff is invaluable.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

There is, like with any other platform, the odd issue. For example, the occasional post not publishing with no real reason given, or access to certain channels being lost if regular manual reconnection isn't carried out. What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

A few problems we needed to solve before using Brandwatch were: requiring a solution to engage with audiences and increase brand reach through social listening; needing to centralise social management workflow to build the brand for growth online, and be more proactive with our content strategy; spending too much time working natively off social media tools, with nothing in place to measure sentiment; needing to be able to measure all of our efforts to be able to prove the value of a campaigns.

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Brandwatch has most of the functionality you would expect from a social media management tool. The publishing feature is easy to use, the inbox collates messages in a simple to view format and analytics are easy to view and interprete.

The Listen module makes this tool stand out from the crowd - allowing you to create powerful search queries to see the view online about your brand or themes which are important to your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The tool is a little buggy. Going to a user's profile from an engage message is very hit and miss. The audience feature isn't particularly useful.

I like that Brandwatch is an all-in-one tool for social media management so that all channels can be taken care of in one place. It's a very user-friendly yet at the same time powerful tool that helps us not only keep up with conversations happening on our own channels, but ABOUT us through its social listening capabilities. Brandwatch has saved our team so much time and streamlined our processes. I have Brandwatch open all the time, every day! What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Besides the benefits of having all social media in one platform and having different profiles to manage everything, the best is their customer support. I had a problem with my Instagram channel and they solved it via email sending me pics and videos of what I needed to do.
