Simple to post to the platform. Filtering and navigating within the different sections is easy. The system overall is very intuitive. I find the approval function to work fairly well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting functionality is my biggest complaint. We end up having to check data within the native platforms as there are discrepancies. That Falcon isn't allowing to publish several pictures at once without the Hub App. Also, I don't understand why posting several photos on LinkedIn isn't possible. I like being able to copy posts to multiple channels at once. I can add the first comment on Instagram, I can add links to posts. I can use the measure dashboards to discover the analytics behind the post. It's a one stop shop. Also, I can see campaigns that the corporate has put up so I can pull content from theirs. I don't like that we can't post certain videos or multiple photos. Also, I would like to see the best time/day to post content based on our data. The hub app does not work well. I wish we could add our Pinterest page. The Twitter and Instagram images always need to be reduced in size. I wish each country could add the pictures that they're posting so other countries can use their content as well and translate it to their needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can ask a question and get a response (that actually helps) within 5 minutes. The customer service is an actual person who can not only help but can also understand the problem and help create solutions. You don't often see this anymore and it's one of the best things about Falon. Not only do they have great service in the moment, but my customer representative checks in every few months on how Falcon is working for us. The reperesentative also takes on long-term or larger issues that I have and fixes them or at least mentions the progress they have made towards fixing them.
I also enjoy the ability to move between accounts seemlsly in one location. Having over 50 channels connected it is nice to see what each account is up to in one spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the meaurement dashboard they have. I have used multiple other social media scheduling tools and this is one of the least user friendly dashboards I have used. It makes analtyics way to complicated and could use a fresh, simple look. I also do not like the limitations they currently have with Instagram. Although I can schedule stories the anylitics (which have just changed) are not ideal and could be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's simple, intuitive and easy to use. A lot of shortcuts, like just copying an old post without the need to do it from scratch. Creating a campaign with stock photos for a certain period. And very easy campaign/ad sets creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
