I dislike the fact that my unread feed seems to have kept some Insta "mentions" hidden; 🙈 46 appeared unread to me today, and yesterday there were none, and on my channels that doesn't happen all of a sudden. Another problem would be the lack of .gifs in our interaction with the user. Another potential bug might be that we can't keep record for whom responded, as sometimes no user/name appears. The app does not have the ability to work on posts for multiple platforms at once. It seems there are many difficulties in getting twitter posts especially accepted, even if the meet the character count and have a shortened url. the timeline displays in reverse chronological order by day and its not easy to see saved drafts. there are analytics but it seems like only the dashboard creator or owner can actually change the parameters and share more widely. I had not heard of Falcon before I reviewed our social platforms. I found that they had post-management, community engagement, social listening, & competitive benchmarking all in 1 tool.
