What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I best like the way the feed offers it's filters, and I am keen on the design. Also valuable the fact that the team can interact with notes. Not bad at all, thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I dislike the fact that my unread feed seems to have kept some Insta "mentions" hidden; 🙈 46 appeared unread to me today, and yesterday there were none, and on my channels that doesn't happen all of a sudden. Another problem would be the lack of .gifs in our interaction with the user. Another potential bug might be that we can't keep record for whom responded, as sometimes no user/name appears. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

We only use the platform to schedule social media posts, any boost post must be schedule via the channel. Other than managing content for all of our channels and analytics and I don’t see the tool capable of anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Brandwatch Social Media Management:

My only recommendation is to monitor best pracitces for posting schedule. Falcon is a great tool to make quick changes to your post. Adding links and images are very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like other social tools, it does allow shared content creation and scheduling across basic social accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The app does not have the ability to work on posts for multiple platforms at once. It seems there are many difficulties in getting twitter posts especially accepted, even if the meet the character count and have a shortened url. the timeline displays in reverse chronological order by day and its not easy to see saved drafts. there are analytics but it seems like only the dashboard creator or owner can actually change the parameters and share more widely. I had not heard of Falcon before I reviewed our social platforms. I found that they had post-management, community engagement, social listening, & competitive benchmarking all in 1 tool. The insights are limited. We often find ourselves using other tools to make up for the lack of clarity when reporting. More calculated insights would be great in the future. The app is also not great - we experience a lot of crashes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
