Falcon's user interface is extremely clean and easy to use. The platform is very intuitive and allows us to schedule and approve social content, and produce complex social media and brand listening reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Falcon enables us to schedule and approve social content between different team members quickly and efficiently. It has taken out manual reporting and produces elegant, professional reports. What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The efficient way in which this tool allows us to manage the social networks of the organization and our customers is what I liked most about its acquisition. The connectivity is excellent, its user interface is intuitive and it is one of the most complete with a lot of social network management and social listening functionalities, analytics, tracking and reporting. It had a lot of function and robust reporting features we liked. I liked the ability to tag posts and pull reports via campaign tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

it was very clunky and the uX wasn't great. I found I had to go through more steps to post something than I would on the native platform. I found myself going to the native platform often to get posts out. The customer service is great. If I have any questions, if I'm finding something tricky, I'll get help often within minutes. The team is always happy to take on feedback, and I've seen that feedback enacted as well, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The aspects of Falcon that I find tricky are things that plague other social media platforms, mostly compatibility with LinkedIn. Anything else, I know Falcon are working on it, because I'll mention it to the customer service team as feedback! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how streamlined everything is and that everything I need to do can be done in one place when it comes to our organic and boosted social. We previously were using Hootsuite and Falcon feels much faster to use and has increased efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Falcon is a great social media management platform that allows you to schedule and publish social posts to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. It allows you to tag a team member to review and approve a post, while also providing an area for discussion in case edits or comments are needed. Falcon also provides the option to respond to comments on social accounts and store canned responses as a means for a communication plan. You can also track social trends and keywords. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The editing process for posts can be a bit finicky--if an edit needs to be made, typically the person who created the post can only make those changes whereas the approver should be able to as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
