Falcon is user friendly; reduces the need for alternate tools; and has a strong support staff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Due to some platform limitations, there are some desired features that are not yet available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Falcon's user interface is extremely clean and easy to use. The platform is very intuitive and allows us to schedule and approve social content, and produce complex social media and brand listening reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could manually save social post drafts, sometimes if I don't have a date attached to a draft, it won't save and I'll lose the post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The efficient way in which this tool allows us to manage the social networks of the organization and our customers is what I liked most about its acquisition. The connectivity is excellent, its user interface is intuitive and it is one of the most complete with a lot of social network management and social listening functionalities, analytics, tracking and reporting. The function to publish is good, correct but I feel that it could have more integrated functions and the possibility to publish stories on Instagram more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It had a lot of function and robust reporting features we liked. I liked the ability to tag posts and pull reports via campaign tags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it was very clunky and the uX wasn't great. I found I had to go through more steps to post something than I would on the native platform. I found myself going to the native platform often to get posts out. A month into my plan they removed a reporting feature that they specifically sold me on which was frustrating and we experienced a lot of failed posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is great. If I have any questions, if I'm finding something tricky, I'll get help often within minutes. The team is always happy to take on feedback, and I've seen that feedback enacted as well, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The aspects of Falcon that I find tricky are things that plague other social media platforms, mostly compatibility with LinkedIn. Anything else, I know Falcon are working on it, because I'll mention it to the customer service team as feedback! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Engaging multiple accounts and posting the same content at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that when I copy a post from the content pool, the page starts back up at the top instead of where I was last on the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customization of the platform and the auto-created dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can't measure MoM and QoQ or YoY as easily as I would like to and we have to build our own Excel benchmarks documents. Also, would like better industry-insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We switched to Falcon because we missed features with another social media management tool. Their CSM's and support are of great help when you need help or assistance configuring something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hiding Instagram comments was something we missed using Falcon. However, they stated that they planned to implement this into their tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how streamlined everything is and that everything I need to do can be done in one place when it comes to our organic and boosted social. We previously were using Hootsuite and Falcon feels much faster to use and has increased efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We really would love to have TikTok included in the capabilities, but we understand that takes time and coordination with Bytedance. Additionally, adding advertising automation would be an incredible upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Falcon is a great social media management platform that allows you to schedule and publish social posts to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. It allows you to tag a team member to review and approve a post, while also providing an area for discussion in case edits or comments are needed. Falcon also provides the option to respond to comments on social accounts and store canned responses as a means for a communication plan. You can also track social trends and keywords. The editing process for posts can be a bit finicky--if an edit needs to be made, typically the person who created the post can only make those changes whereas the approver should be able to as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
