Falcon.io is a social media messages with a smooth refresh and easy to communicate to the customer is good one for using so falcony is the best one for now a days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel there is a lot of unwanted in dashboard, I mean unwanted notification and there complicated to it's very irritating to usage purpose other than is fine . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface on Brandwatch is incredibly intuitive and delivers a much better experience than our agency has had with other platforms. The content pool feature, in particular, makes it easy to host a repository of assets we can easily use across the entire team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside compared to other platforms is that we have to create cross-platform posts individually rather than have a single interface where we can simultaneously create posts that are differentiated for multiple social platforms. However, the post copying feature makes it simple to duplicate and modify posts for other social platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brandwatch is very user-friendly. I enjoy that you can copy content which saves a lot of time with having so many accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really can't think of any downsides of using Brandwatch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple to use, easy to view what is planned at a glance.
Social listening provides a good overview.
Easy to do community management with their "engage" section.
I love the reports in the "measure" section - easy to digest and show ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if you could schedule the same post across all platforms and edit for each if necessary (tick boxes, rather than duplicating). It would save time. Sprout Social does this well.
I would also love an easier way to see how posts tagged with a certain tag are performing. Again, sprout social does this well!
I also suggest a drag and drop reschedule feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like Falcon because they recently upgraded their dashboard to more of a "calendar" look, which makes it easier for me to see what I've got scheduled. Their reporting feature also makes it very easy for me to compile my analytic reports, saving me a lot of time. And their support staff is always quick to respond to questions, comments, and suggestions. Added bonus: it's less expensive than other social media scheduling platforms we looked at. I can't really think of anything regarding the Falcon platform that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Falcon allows for freedom of compartmentalising your workstream as you wish, and the interface organises these workstreams in an intuitive and orderly fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A downside of Falcon is that it doesn't reliably order the workflow in the selected fashion i.e "oldest-newest". Upon choosing the order, it doesn't remain as such upon actioning a message, rather it tends to revert back to newest-oldest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform was pretty straightforward to use, very intuitive. Most importantly, it has helped us save time by having all the data gathered into one platform. Also really like the calendar function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing could potentially be an issue for smaller size businesses, and at the time I was using it, Falcon.io wasn't offering the possibility to post an Instagram story, which was problematic, but I believe they must have added this feature by now since the merging with Brandwatch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The engage dashboard is a helpful way to see engagement across several major channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The engage dashboard is helpful, but it alone does not justify the massive price tag. Most of the other features exist as part of the native platforms themselves, and in many cases work better on the native platforms. The fact that 4K video can't be published through Falcon to Facebook but can be published to Facebook directly is beyond me in 2022 for a program that costs $18000. Having all tools in one place. Previously we've had our social listening platform separate to our social management but since the merge with Brandwatch it's helped massively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Longer form video uploading isn't as easy as posting direct on the various social media platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feeds are the most intuitive and useful part of the platform, however, that is not taking away from the great automation and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of dark mode is a bit of a constraint on my eyes however that's about it. Also reviewing the performance of individual users is quite difficult. No way to search for example what someone has done productivity-wise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
