Falcon.io beautifully combines social media messages with a silky-smooth refresh button for all Engage feeds. It's easy to reply to customers in the Engage feeds, even with lots of engagement across many channels! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The label button switches around when you add the first label on a message, and it can be risky to misclick like/RT accidentally at times. It's sometimes challenging to go back and find previously labeled tweets in the Engage feeds because you have to sort through too many other tweets before finding the message you're looking for. I like how organized everything is. All of the different functions keep me in line from drafting the post to measuring success. It makes it really easy to see how specific content performed previously, test and learn and adapt to trends. algorithms etc. The measurement dhasboards offer great visualizations! I like the social media publishing the best. Engage is also a great product. The labeling makes it easy to sort content and see what perfroms better than others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't love the listen fuction. I don't think it include enough sources and is hard to use. I also don't love the reports. I would like to be able to filter an entire report and not just each widget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
