"Seamless Collaboration and Secure Document Management"
What do you like best about Box?

I love using Box for managing project documents because it makes collaborating with my remote team easy, allowing us to organize and manage documents efficiently. I appreciate the convenience of online SaaS tools like Excel and PowerPoint, which I can access directly from Box without needing to install them on my device. The security features are excellent, enabling me to share access at various levels and control file links and folder access, ensuring that data is shared securely. The initial setup of Box was easy, which was a great start to using this service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

I don't like the current lack of integration with communication tools like Slack and Teams. These integrations could significantly enhance coordination and streamline collaboration for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Box for work and find its ability to share and view files and projects seamlessly incredibly valuable. The application makes my work life easier by providing an intuitive interface that simplifies file sharing and accessibility. I particularly like the ease of using Box, as it ensures that navigating through different functions and tasks is straightforward. Additionally, Box excels in facilitating collaboration, making it simple to work with colleagues efficiently and effectively. The initial setup of Box was really easy, which was a relief and allowed a quick start without complications. Overall, my positive experience with Box fills me with confidence, so much so that I would highly recommend it with a score of ten out of ten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Storage with Robust Collaboration"
What do you like best about Box?

I greatly appreciate Box for its comprehensive approach to contact management. It excels by combining secure file storage with robust sharing options and strong collaboration features. This integration is further enhanced by its workflow automation abilities and deep integration with other business applications, which streamlines processes and improves team productivity. I find the way Box automates repetitive and manual tasks through intelligent workflows particularly valuable, as it allows me and my team to devote more time to strategic and creative activities or customer-facing tasks. Additionally, the setup process for Box is user-friendly and straightforward, involving only a few simple steps to get started, which eases the onboarding process. Box's ability to enhance security and maintain compliance gives me confidence, and its integration with tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat extends its usability across various work demands. The transition from other platforms like SharePoint and Office Server to Box has significantly improved communication and efficiency in my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

I find that the customer support for Box could improve in terms of responsiveness. The Box Drive Sync app also has performance and reliability issues that need addressing. Additionally, specific functionalities, particularly file sorting, could be more reliable. The efficiency and organization provided by reliable file sorting are crucial for productivity, as they save time, reduce errors, and make it easier to find information. "Box provides a strong foundation and is forward-looking towards innovation"
What do you like best about Box?

• Box provides a secure and reliable platform that scales well for large organizations like ours. I especially value the consulting services we received during implementation, which gave us clear guidance and best practices right from the start.

• I appreciate Box’s forward-looking vision, particularly in the area of AI. Even though we are still early in our adoption, it’s clear that Box is building toward a more secure and structured environment that will benefit us long-term.

• The combination of strong platform features and expert consulting support made our adoption process much smoother than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

• Some of the AI capabilities are still developing, so while the roadmap is exciting, not all of the features are fully realized yet.

• There is a learning curve with some of the advanced functionality, which requires time and training to fully adopt across the organization.

• Occasional complexity in aligning Box features with existing workflows means that consulting support is especially valuable at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplistic Platform with Effortless Navigation"
What do you like best about Box?

I enjoy the easy navigation around the dashboard. It's very self-explanatory to find what I may be looking for. Additionally, there is contact support available if issues arise. The initial setup was pretty simple; I was granted permissions and received a quick tutorial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

At first, it was the access I was granted in which limited my permissions, however once the admin helped to correct that, I no longer had issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the user-friendly interface and the security features which give me peace of mind. The file sharing and collaboration capabilities really excel, allowing my team to work together in real-time and track changes, which reduces the need for email attachments. The security features, including multi-factor authentication and advanced permissions, are a priority for me. "Secure and User-Friendly, but Stability Needs Work"
What do you like best about Box?

I appreciate the security features of Box, especially how it connects with our company email account and utilizes multi-factor authentication for added security. This makes storing files and documents feel much safer. Additionally, I find Box incredibly user-friendly; sharing files is seamless and can be done with just one click of a button. The ease of setup was also impressive, as I could simply log in with my company email through Single Sign-On. Overall, the user experience is straightforward and efficient, making file management and collaboration much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

I find the stability of the Box app problematic. It is sometimes slow and has connectivity issues, leading to disruptions in my workflow. Additionally, there are occasional bugs that affect daily tasks. Although I am not a developer and cannot offer specific solutions, I believe the developers should focus more on enhancing the app's stability and its compatibility with different operating systems to resolve these issues. "Maybe I'm a dinosaur, but I like Dropbox better"
What do you like best about Box?

Its a great solution to host your files, access them from anywhere, send a link to anyone anywhere and allow them to preview it; as long as they are also savvy with technology. I'm happy when I'm working with a client thats using it because I know my way around the user interface, but I'd be happier if it was Dropbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Its just not Dropbox, again maybe I've just been using Dropbox too long; but I can't find a reason to switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
