"Unmatched Security and Seamless Workflow Integration"
What do you like best about Box?

With its two factor authentication and AES encryption for sharing my private data and papers, I applaud it for its unwavering security. Simplifying my workflows with document approvals for my agreements, LPOs, and biils is tantalizing. One major benefit for us is that we can simply integrate into our ERP to transfer papers straight from there. I appreciate that I can manage who can access, change, or download sensitive information, ensuring the integrity of our documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Allover good in Box, but two things I dislike in Box, For customer who need to save more data, the free account's restricted storage capacity may be a disadvantage and other one is they not provide some time good customer support services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Box is our reliable home for secure file sharing and collaboration"
What do you like best about Box?

Box makes storing and sharing files super easy for our team. I really like how simple it is to set up folders, work with teammates, and manage who can see or edit each file. It keeps everything in sync across our devices, and it works well with tools like Microsoft 365 and Slack. We can all work on the same documents or projects without any hassle. Features like advanced permissions, version history, and strong security give me peace of mind that our files are safe but always available when we need them. Use it every day to stay organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Some of the more advanced tools take a bit of time to learn. File previews can be slow if you’re working with large media files. And if your team is really big, managing all the permissions can get a little tricky. But none of that has really gotten in the way of getting work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined File Management, Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Box?

I use Box mainly for juggling freelance design files, high-res PSDs, and client proofs, and it's a lifesaver for a scattered freelancer. I appreciate how it nukes the email attachment nightmare and ends version control issues with my remote team. The secure external shares keep sensitive proofs from leaking. I love the seamless integration with apps like Microsoft 365 and Slack, which makes it a frictionless part of my workflow. It hooks seamlessly into Microsoft 365 for co-editing in Word/Excel. The setup was super straightforward with a quick email signup and install of the desktop app, making it ready to use in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Upload speeds on massive design files like 50GB batches can drag, especially on weaker wifi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best cloud storage Plateform"
What do you like best about Box?

The best think I like about box is about their plan like for individual they are providing free plans obviously some basic features are their but they are very good and then for small teams and then for large team all the plans are really good, as their plans are classified according to the user need. and it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

I think the main think I don't like about box is that they are completely shift their major part online only like their are only limited part that I can access through offline.

I need my good internet connection to access everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable, and Great for Team Collaboration"
What do you like best about Box?

I love how easy it is to store and organize files, especially when working with a team. Sharing documents is super straightforward, and the version control has saved me more than once when someone overwrote a file. It’s reliable, secure, and keeps everything in one place so I’m not digging through random folders or emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Sometimes the web interface feels a little slow and clunky compared to other cloud storage tools. Occasionally it doesn’t update as quickly as I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I wish the user experience was a little bit smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Access Documents and Files from Anywhere with Ease"
What do you like best about Box?

I like having my documents and files available from anywhere. It also makes it easy to share files when I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

Since it’s a cloud solution, internet dis-connectivity can be an issue at times. Box Drive helps solve this to a great extent, but the app still needs to follow drive path limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Box is super easy to use, which makes it convenient for my tasks. Having it integrated within Salesforce means I don't need to go to Box directly, which saves time for me and my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Box?

I find customer service or support to be an issue. The SLAs are too long, which can be a bit frustrating when immediate help is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
