Nothing to dislike about Bountyjobs.

- Team- I enjoy the team I work with (Casey (primary), Chris & Kim) - they know us and continue to get creative to provide solutions that match our needs.

- Support- for day to day needs, Kim is an excellent resource to our team. We also really value the annual cadence of trainings.

- The tool is easy to use, especially in times where we have had higher volume

- We value the ease of reporting

Not dislikes but opportunities for growth:

-Reporting- I know things are in the works which is great! Scheduled reports and being able to filter a bit more from the main page would be helpful / require less filtering

-Customized instructions- our team is pretty large and some users aren't as frequent, it would be nice to have custom instructions based on our processes

- Documentation- we've seen a lot of nuances situations which make it difficult to track back unless things were followed perfectly (not practical). I see this as an area of opportunity to catch additional notes / context since multiple parties are involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its an amazing platform that allows an independent recruiter with a Boutique Agency to compete toe-toe with Huge Corporate Recruiting Firms. BountyJobs gives headhunting firms access to jobs and relationships with enterprise clients which they might not normally have access to and is a great channel of business ro supplment direct relationship business lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
