It makes simplifies the hiring process and givinn access to many recruiters.The pay only for results models and helpful performance tracking make it a great platform for me to filling job openings. **What do you dislike about BountyJobs?** Nothing to dislike about Bountyjobs. But one is that the fees can be high for some business. Smaller agencies may be struggle to complete with bigger one. **What problems is BountyJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** According to me Bountyjobs helps by bringing all recruiters and job application into one frame . It makes fees clear speeds up hiring, and connect employers with skilled candidates. We also really value the annual cadence of trainings. - The tool is easy to use, especially in times where we have had higher volume - We value the ease of reporting - Recently updated our integration and it was fairly simple and really improved our reporting **What do you dislike about BountyJobs?** Not dislikes but opportunities for growth: -Reporting- I know things are in the works which is great! Scheduled reports and being able to filter a bit more from the main page would be helpful / require less filtering -Customized instructions- our team is pretty large and some users aren't as frequent, it would be nice to have custom instructions based on our processes - Documentation- we've seen a lot of nuances situations which make it difficult to track back unless things were followed perfectly (not practical). I see this as an area of opportunity to catch additional notes / context since multiple parties are involved. **What problems is BountyJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking (by spend, usage, users, business...); managers not having to engage agencies and have various agreements / payment terms; access to the Marketplace for competitive strategies all in one place ### 5. Its the great equalizer all about just good plain old fashioned recrutiing person to person not about who has the most resources. **What do you dislike about BountyJobs?** It would be helpful to be able to more easily navigate and search for open positions for good candidates you find to match what may be a good fit.I feel that is a huge opportunity that is not being focused on that would be a win win for all. **What problems is BountyJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** They do allow us to use fliers to submit to positions you are not officially engaged on. They do allow direct access to communication with HR. ### 6. These roles are more challenging to work. **What problems is BountyJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** BountyJobs gives recruitment agencies access to enteprise and other size clients that they might not normally have access to. ### 7. The support staff is very responsive and great to work with. There is normally a solid volume of candidates. Being able to have an intake call through the platform and recording it is a nice touch. **What do you dislike about BountyJobs?** Some firms continue to send unqualified candidates. It is as if they do not listen to what we are looking for and our requriements. **What problems is BountyJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we are struggling to find qualified candidates for an opening, we use BountyJobs to identify candidates. We also use BountyJobs when we do not have a high volume of candidates for an opening. ### 8. Without this we would not be as successful when we need agency support. **What do you dislike about BountyJobs?** The only downside I've seen is that it doesn't directly integrate with our ATS, but that's more on our side. **What problems is BountyJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is allowing us to have one single source of agencies versus vendor management. ### 10. This saves me an extreme amount of time. The work they do for me would require a full-time person just to manage the agencies. ### 11.
