What do you like best about Bonusly?

I love that Bonusly is our platform solely for Recognition. We deployed Bonusly about 15 months ago and it has been wildly popular at our organization. We have had a few programs in the past that did not stick or work well for our organization, but Bonusly is amazing for its ease of use and success in spreading fun and positivity at our organization as well as it's teriffic rewards catalog and customization features in rewards and for recognition awards and incentives. What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Sometimes, it can be slightly hard to find specific administrative report features I'm looking for. They provide great analytics and reports, but there are several tabs on the admin page and I seem to struggle to find certain analytics when I need them, even though I know they are there. What do you like best about Bonusly?

Bonusly is a great way to generate a culture of appreciation in the workplace. It is also easy to use, fun, and inspiring for all. Bonusly helps me share my colleagues achievements while also showcasing that I recognize their hard work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

I really do love bonusly so it's difficult for me to think of downsides. I suppose I do not appreciate the "top receiver" aspect as much. I think there is no need for the competitive aspect and it might make some people feel underappreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bonusly helps remove the awkward conversations/ interactions when you want to show someone appreciation but don't know how to express it. What do you like best about Bonusly?

I love that Bonusly gives employees a free option to acknowledge their peers and thank them for their work and positive impact. Even if the actual $ value is not that much, it still feels good to be acknowledged when you receive 20 points for work well done. I can never find a good way to easily view my history of who I've given to. I'd like to see myself only. Sometimes I forget if I've given bonusly or something already or not, or would also like to see if I recognized som eone recently so sould potentially recognize someone else instead, or vice-versa. Recogognizing cross-functional partners and teammates in an impactful way. Not only does it provide a tool to recognize others with a monetary value attached, but it also serves as a reminder to go out of your way to make sure you are recognizing and acknowleding others. What do you like best about Bonusly?

I like how easy to use Bonusly is: you can use the Slack integration or the website. Introducing this tool in our teams gave more visibility to some people's work that sometimes it is not that visible or go unnotice. Also having a monthly frequency when it comes to the points helps team members to highlight aspects of the work that those specific teams have been doing during those days (easy tracking of the wins of our teams). Moreover, I think the rewards catalogue is really on point and we have a pretty nice variety. Eventually, the fact that you can add gifs/images made everything funnier and it can help developing a healthier team atmosphere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Some rewards are too expensive (I personally think EA games should be cheaper). And I want to highlight that some people tend to recognise others via Bonusly-only and forget about doing that in person and via other methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonusly?

Bonusly is very motivational because we feel rewarded when doing good thing to co-workers and it helps me to strive more to make my job perfect. Also, it is very easy to claim the vouchers and to use it because all the participating shops are very useful in my daily life. The Bonusly system is also very simple to implement and integrate in the team, we just have to give each other points to make them feel that we are grateful. The customer service is also very convenient, they are very helpful and will reach out very timely if out team is experiencing any issues. What do you like best about Bonusly?

The best part I like about Bonusly is we can give points very easily to our team mates, colleagues and one can redeem them at a different number of shopping platforms, pharmacies, online food deliveries, and donations, we can convert the points into amounts using some international platforms. Customer Support is also very prompt. I use it very frequently 10 days once to encourage my colleagues. Implementation is also straightforward, and both app and desktop versions are available. What do you dislike about Bonusly?

The problems, Bonusly is solving for us include, Employee recognition, reward and incentives. During work anniversaries we receive rewards and incentives. During birthday also we receive rewards. If any employee reaches any targets, he also gets rewarded with Bonusly points. During weekly client meetings if employee gets appreciation from the client, then also my project leader is giving bonusly recognition points to that respective employee. These points one can redeem at lot of different online shopping platforms, and one can use to do mobile recharges, power bill, wifi bills can be paid. What do you like best about Bonusly?

I like that I get to thank my colleagues who help me out or give a shot out to someone I see going above and beyond in a meaningful way that produces real rewards for them in terms of gift cards they can cash out. What do you like best about Bonusly?

As an employee, it provides a location where I can give our company visibility to some of the great work being performed day to day that would otherwise go un noticed or unrecognized. It also provides a central place for management and HR to provide benefit payouts that makese it easy to track for financial purposes where we would previously had manually purchased and recorded gift cards. The integration of emojis and GIFs makes the posts fun and often pulls in others to join in the celebration, and it shows even the small shout outs can create a big change in employee morale just to know their efforts are recognized and rewarded even if in small doses. What do you dislike about Bonusly?

There are some limitations and features we would love to see expanded, but those are feature enhancements more than they are issues with the platform itself. It would be great to include some gamification features that further engage employees and perhaps make some fun internal competitions, but at it's core it's a pretty solid product for what we needed. It solves having a central place for employee engagement and recognition. We use it for the allowances that employees can use to give to each other, as well as the location where we confirm and pay out other benefits like employee of the month awards, our reading club, and special payouts for extraordinary efforsts made in the workplace.
