When the rewards are working, it's failry easy to use. I also really appreaciated the option to switch to a different country for selection rewards. For example I used to choose Amazon UK and Amazon DE vouchers and they worked perfectly fine even though I was ordering from Romania. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very few rewards available, and some not working for a long time, e.g.: eMag vouchers in Romania. The option to browse rewards from other countries has been removed, so the number of available rewards is even smaller. Customer support was not very helpful when asked about the rewards which are no longer available - their answer was something along the lines " they're not available because they're not available, and we don't know when they'll be back".
