"Effortlessly Enhances Company Recognition"
What do you like best about Bonusly?

I really like how Bonusly recognizes employees and coworkers, allowing recognition to be shared on a platform that everyone in the company can see. This visibility enhances our company culture and strengthens team cohesion. Furthermore, the integration with programs like Messenger and Slack is incredibly useful, seamlessly fitting into the tools we already use, which helps streamline communication and recognition efforts. Bonusly's simple and user-friendly interface makes it very easy to use, which was a significant improvement over our previous tool that required too much manual effort. This ease of use, combined with its effective integration, significantly contributes to my positive experience with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

Not much to dislike actually. I find it easy to use. Maybe if we are able to add our own photos it could enhance the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Redemption, But the Experience Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about Bonusly?

The written call-out is clear, and redeeming points for gift cards is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonusly?

The points expire, and it honestly feels like a chore having to use them up every month. The selection of gift cards is also limited for countries outside the US (for example, Canada). On top of that, saving up points to redeem a larger gift card doesn’t give any bonus in terms of the monetary value of your points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
