What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

I like how intuitive the platform is. With just a basic overview of the platform, it's pretty easy to navigate. I also like how there's so much information and support if I ever have a question or run into a problem using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra EveryAction?

I would have loved to be able to make certain contact records only visible to certain users, such as major donor contacts. I do appreciate that the platform allows different levels of what a user can do within a contact record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

There are so many tools available in EA to assist in managing lists and categorizing different audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra EveryAction?

- Terms (names) are difficult to decrypt,

- The platform is overwhelming and can use more robust explanations of the functions of each section within that section (without going to research and troubleshoot within the help center).

- Customer service takes a long time to respond to inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

I'm a daily user and administrator of the sytem. I've worked with various databases in previous roles and by far EveryAction's greatest strength is its clean layout. It's customizable without being messy or confusing to navigate. I appreaciate the thought that has gone into the new contact record view to be able to see constituents from a holistic perspective. The BCC to notes integration is also great for user adoption and getting important contact information into the system. Having numerous levels of access to the system has also been wonderful to control who is using the system and in what ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra EveryAction?

I'd love more clarity and direction within the help section. Some of the help documents are too surface level and/or not applicable when trying to find an answer to a specific question. Some of the articles are missing clear, concise definitions. It feels a bit like there's a disconnect from the technical writers to the every day users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like least about Bonterra Development & Digital is that the search bar at the top is only for contacts. Instead of that, it should also be to navigate the application as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service has always been incredible and the EA team is very helpful. The targeted email and online forms abilities have really helped my small organization seperate out our communicaitons and audiences in a clear way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
