I was introduced to EveryAction 5 years ago and appreciated the features it allowed for the organizing and development teams. My CRM experience was limited then, and EveryAction was easy to use and provided features that could suit our advocacy and development needs. Reconnecting with EveryAction has felt good, it reminds me of the impact we can have via the tools and brings to mind the collective appreciation and stewardship of our file. I like that I can make the information more or less detailed depending on what we are doing. We can pinpoint members for targeted emails, phone banks, or in-person contact.
