What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

I mean, that it organises membership/vol data I guess? It's not easy to use without years of experience, including from earlier versions that still use to trick the UI into to doing what I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

I was introduced to EveryAction 5 years ago and appreciated the features it allowed for the organizing and development teams. My CRM experience was limited then, and EveryAction was easy to use and provided features that could suit our advocacy and development needs. Reconnecting with EveryAction has felt good, it reminds me of the impact we can have via the tools and brings to mind the collective appreciation and stewardship of our file. Having the opportunity to start relatively fresh within EveryAction, I am keen on learning, sharing, and creating a culture of data hygiene. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra EveryAction?

The adoption for those who have not played in the system can be clunky. While I've navigated the webinars and recordings, there are team members who have struggled with the adapting to the new platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

I like that I can make the information more or less detailed depending on what we are doing. We can pinpoint members for targeted emails, phone banks, or in-person contact. I like that we can easily determine who we want/need to be in communication with, and share that information with other members of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra EveryAction?

I do wonder about there being more ways to connect with other software or automate some of the day-to-day tasks of entering data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some glitches here and there. For example, the canvassers don't always show as being active in the field after they have signed into their turfs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

I like the way that phone banks work so seamlessly, the ability to view Volunteers history, the ease of finding full accounts with only pieces of information, and how it's data tracking aids in targeted outreach efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra EveryAction?

I dislike the sometimes confusing and fiddly nature of it, how hard it is to fully seperate universes and the propensity the system has to make duplicate volunteer files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonterra EveryAction?

One of the best uses in this application would be it's user-friendly marketing platform. It offers a variety of methods of communication that make the process succesful. I use the platfrom weekly, and find it easy to use across platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
