The problem with Boardable is its document editing features are not as sophisticated as what you get from other platforms. There’s no real time collaboration on editing files, so we have to use external tools to work on documents with our team around, and throw a wrench in our process and introduce extra steps to get a simple job done. The most impressive strength that I was able to capture from Boardable is improved ability in managing meetings. What is more, it consolidates the creation of agendas, tracking of action items, as well as document sharing. The biggest downside that I have noticed when using Boardable is that it can be somewhat challenging to alter the action item tracking and the agenda templates at times. It can be somewhat rigid due to the set templates whereby it becomes a little hard to vary the templates to fit certain circumstances. Moreover, although the document management is valuable, the search functionality within the documents may take time and pause to show the result while searching for some information during the meeting. I like that Boardable makes it simple to schedule our board meetings and to share documents amongst each other. Agendas simplify preparation, allowing for us to upload agendas. One of the big helps for integration with Zoom, is that we can simply join meetings right from the platform. The first con to Boardable is that notification system is quite limited, and sometimes team members miss updates or new document upload. That means we’ve had to set reminders to manually see if anything has changed which slows the workflow by just a bit. The document editor itself also has fewer features than we would like, making it is harder to work effectively with other people updating agenda update or meeting notes. Boardable really helps to make scheduling and conducting board meetings a breeze. The agenda creator built in and document sharing feature helps to streamline the planning process and mitigate the days spent doing unnecessary back and forth emails. A downside to Boardable is that the interface gets a little cluttered sometimes and it’s tough to click around between features. When trying to find meeting documents or past notes fast, it will slow this process down, too. Furthermore, the mobile app version is not as smooth as the desktop version, which hampers how quickly agents can join their meeting on the move. One thing I found in particular useful about Boardable is that it will help me with organizing board meetings. There is one inconvenience when it comes to using the Boardable – there are not so many options available in the section of reporting. In other occasions though, getting specific information about board activity may be slightly time consuming, thus we are slowed down when making decisions. Easy and fast meeting management are the best quality of Boardable. It make complex process to schedule meeting time with all our board members easy, which is handled manually before this product implementation. Boardable gives many solutions for board management and board meeting, either for face-to-face meeting or virtual meetings. We preffer for virtual meeting here at MSC Air Comercial because board member can join the meeting anytime without have to travel all the way to headquarters. Boardable give a full service/features to simplify all board management and meeting operation from one software. Modern look design and easy to navigate to use meeting tools like agenda maker and meeting schedule. Surprisingly, Boardable is compatible with our existing CRM and can connect both easily without the neet to customized the API code, which save time, effort and headache.
