I love that it is intuitive and that you no longer need tons of paper for board meetings. It is easy to use for the administrator and any board member. I appreciate that Diligent Boards makes our board meetings simpler and more organized. The ability to annotate and highlight documents during our discussions is helpful in the ability to have more productive discussions. However, there are adverse inconveniences such as slow synchronization of files from the Diligent Boards to the other device if one is on the move. I could only add that I also felt that in terms of the appearance of the dashboard, it could have been designed to be more personalised depending with the institutions requirements. User frustration frequently occurs when users switch between projects on the mobile platform because of intermittent freezes. Everything is going well with Diligent. I love the modern look and feel of the application, its ease of use and the frequent updates. I like how easy it is to create new workboard and copy and upload documents and even replace or delete them. I can also easily register certain documents within the workbook with just a few clicks. I enjoy that Diligent Boards have an easy to use platform and one that offers high level security. The different widgets present in the dashboards enable me to easily and directly get to important information and the communication and collaborative features enables me to directly communicate and share information with my team. Even though there are countless features in Diligent Boards, the first time users might be confused. One weakness that I found out about this onboarding process is that there is need for new users to undertake through various processes in order to acquire more information and hence a more elaborate onboarding process would be of benefit to any new user. I like the interface for making meeting plans and I have found some outstanding innovations throughout because I can go back and review previous meetings and it has been very good and excellent. The convenience of having all the required materials while making it easy to access and safely to store it means that you do not bother yourself with hard copies or documents pinned down various locations. The downside to Diligent Boards is that occasionally larger files take longer to upload, interrupting the prep for the next meeting. While the platform is usually functional the delay at times can draw down on efficiency. On top of that, the platform doesn’t give you very much room for playing around with how the board materials are being presented.
