The most impressive thing is that it offers transparency and organization to board processes. All meetings, documents and task items are well exposed to the corresponding members and this ensures accountability is kept straight. The features provided enable me to assign follow ups, make comments on proposals, and maintain a history of discussions. Since it is used often, accountability is enhanced by the frequency of use and enables decisions to be made without the needless back and forth communication. One of the challenges that I have observed is the fact that high level permissions and notifications are not always simple. The high level of features is useful, although it may be inconsistently used by the members of the board, resulting in something being overlooked. These little holes are apparent given the fact that it is in constant use. Additionally, it may be rather time consuming to format or arrange documents needed during meetings which sometimes is an additional burden before every meeting.
