This tool definitely helps meetings to run more smoothly and effectively. It not only keeps us on track, but it provides a place where, in between meetings, we are able to add topics, so they aren't forgotten about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

*Some of the items aren't super user-friendly. For example, we've been using it for years and still struggle to add/edit/update Rocks while in a meeting, or often move issues to the wrong meetings.

*Very simplistic. All the modules--Rocks, Issues, To-Dos-- look the same.

*Not customizeable.

*It's a place to drop information, but that information doesn't interact with you in any other way. There are no automated reminders about rocks or to-dos that are coming due, etc. Unless you actively remember to go in and check the software between meetings, it's very easy to forget what you're responsible for. What they call a dashboard is a fancy spreadsheet that highlights missed numbers in red. Nothing that amazing - but really that is the best thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It needs more development.

Several of the sections seem to be not complete:

The graph that shows progress is of no value - it does not tell anything that is helpful

Bloom Groth provides a one-stop place for all issues, to-do's and tracking our Rocks. Having this system in place for all of our teams keeps us all in the know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Traction Tools (now called Bloom) keeps my meetings and to-do's simple and all in one spot. The user interface is easy to navigate and keeps me organized for my meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have many dislikes for Traction Tools. The one that keeps creeping up is it times out or I receive an error message that they are experiencing high traffic and putting me in read only mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For those of us unfamiliar with traditional meetings, Traction provides a space and a format for our meetings. It also encourages the discussion of issues in the workplace, goal (or Rock) creation and attainment and helps us to differentiate between simple "To Dos" and the larger "Rocks". BY the same token, sometimes the very structure that I just praised becomes cumbersome. It can be difficult to figure out what comes next. It's not always clear how to take it to the next topic. And when it comes to building Rocks or adding things to the Traction-site, it wasn't intuitive as to how to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It keeps us on track for our L10s! We use it for all of our L10s Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We tried to integrate with our Teamwork Project Management and could not do that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
