What do you like best about Bloobirds?

The UI and methodology simplify daily life for an SDR specifically; the setup can also help you save money on expensive CRM licenses like Salesforce for those roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloobirds?

Platform instability, inconsistent/unreliable reporting values, no structure/not made for large or complex deals with multiple sales conversations congruently (enterprise sales), more expensive than industry leading competitor with more features/stability/support; VOIP and other major features/standard features are built using zapier and other tools and are not native; this means they often crash during peak business hours. Recommendations to others considering Bloobirds:

I would not recommend the software; it seems to appeal most to those who simply want to buy from a Catalan company, but the product isn't up to par with others in the market, and it is more expensive than the leading software that has a team of 70+ engineers to their less than 10. What do you like best about Bloobirds?

I really enjoy that Bloobirds guides me through the prospecting process and always tells me what to do next. It makes my day easier and more efficient. The best aspect is probably the visual cadence which shows me in 1 second all my past interactions with a target company. What do you dislike about Bloobirds?

I have been using Bloobirds for over half a year and in the beginning, I always had to contact their support team to make changes to dropdown menus. However, their support team is super responsive and now we can also change everything ourselves. Generally, I have to say that the product has improved A LOT in the past months. What problems is Bloobirds solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work as a Business Development Manager and use Bloobirds for prospecting, to generate more sales meetings. Probably one of the coolest things about Bloobirds is that it guides me through an optimized process and always tells me what to do next and reminds me what to say depending on who I talk to. What do you like best about Bloobirds?

The clear visibility on the current work on each QC. The idea to have a tool dedicated to the SDR everyday tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloobirds?

The lack of flexibility in the organisation of my work. Not being to prioritize some tasks, not have a real list of tasks. I like to be able to see what's coming the next days in terms of tasks to be able to adapt them when I want. No quick access was existing to give me this option. Recommendations to others considering Bloobirds:

It is a good tool that is dedicated to SDR tasks and makes it easier for administrators to have all the info needed to adapt the cadence, the messaging, the approach of the SDR team. However, some key features that I personally used a lot from other providers are still missing and these features make it difficult to really adopt it 100%. Also, we faced quite a few bugs, concerning the automatic logging of the tasks within the tool and the dialer (integrated phone) was often not working well. But support team is very responsive and keeps trying to improve the experience of the users. We have also see that various updates has been done and this shows that the product is still getting developped to reach a good level in the coming months or years.

What do you like best about Bloobirds?

When you have Sales Development representatives (BDRs or Inside Sales reps.) working from home, you need bloobirds. Specially if you need to onboard new members to the team. The ramp up period for us is critical and we need a prospecting platform that helps SDRs onboard and learn fast. The last thing you want is your team getting lost in your CRM or being confused with tech issues. The fact that bloobirds included the playbook of the company makes our outbound and inbound team learn as they go Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we first started with bloobirds, out CRM was Soho and the integration back then was not native. Now we recently moved to Salesforce and everything is great and smooth but for anyone using Soho CRM, make sure the integration is native! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
