The staff is extremely competent, patient, and diligent. I always get fast responses from them, and I love that if something is happening, they'll ensure it doesn't get very far. So far, they've nailed everything within a couple of minutes, while the attacker is still trying to figure out where they landed in the network, which is then followed up with a phone call from an alayst about the issue. Blackpoint Cyber offers true managed detection and response compared to many of the other vendors on the market. When a threat is detected, we immediately get a call from Blackpoint and the incident is contained.

Additionally, Blackpoint has a large suite of products under one package that allows us to offer more to our clients for the same price.
