That we, a small company. have access to the tools that Arctic Wolf provides, at an affordable price. We struggled with cybersecurity moniroring for years as it was always way too expensive. Having the MDR solution in place is not only great for collecting logs for threat remediation, it's also great for troubleshooting everyday issues where you need to review logs. I simple ticket to support can get you a wealth of information from the log collection. Another great thing about Arctic Wolf in general is the dedicated concierge team, they get to know you and your environment and with the monthly reviews you can continue to move your security posture forward. Arctic Wolf MDR help us to review all the logs from all of our security tools and identity relevant events that need our attention. It is also replacing our on premise SIEM. Arctic Wolf has been a great partner protecting our environment, But they have also looked for additional solutions to further protect us. Arctic Wolf gives us peace of mind. We know that all of our locations from the network down to the computer level are being monitored 24/7 and we are immediately alerted on any anomalous activity. Arctic Wolf has helped our company with security and helped us train our employees not to just click on things and links, has helped with our security in not allowing user to be logged in from certain locations we have scene many hack attempts on accounts from overseas where someone was trying to log in as our users.
