There are so many things to like about Blackpoint. If I had to choose what I liked best, it would be their response time to any incidents. Partnering with Blackpoint allows my team to focus on their primary tasks. In order for our clients to meet compliance, and cyber security requirements we had a choice of building our own SOC or partnering with a SOC. We built the in infrastructure to provide EDR services and quickly learned how labor intensive managing a MDR really is. We vetted multiple MDR providers and decided to partner with Blackpoint Cyber and could not be happier. When a issue happens the Blackpoint Team contacts us very quickly.
