These guys are personal, quick, and efficient. We're a mid-size MSP and have rolled out BPC to a good portion of our clients. Whenever there's an alert we get good info and response time from BPC and their team. They're great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their billing is horrendous, difficult to follow and understand. We resolved this issue by bringing them under a reseller umbrella so we are now billed through that 3rd party who does a good job at billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Blackpoint cyber has given us confidence that we are protecting our clients with a best in breed solution. It is easy to implement and use. Integration into other products and our client environments are superb. The customer support is very responsive and helpful. They have an excellent mean time to resolve issues with they arise. There is not much that I dislike about Blackpoint cyber. If there is an opportunity for improvement I would say it would be nice to be able to get more details to be able to do analysis of things that are seen but not necessarily a threat that requires a response fron the SOC. Blackpoint MDR provides intelligent alerting that's been crucial in identifying potential security threats. The alerts are well-vetted, ensuring minimal false positives and allowing our team to focus on genuine threats.
What stands out most is the customer support. Their team is available 24/7, with quick response times to resolve any issues or to assist with fine-tuning configurations. Although Blackpoint MDR does a good job at reducing false positives, the alert system could be further refined to provide actionable intelligence more consistently. At times, the alerts are either too generic or too numerous, requiring additional time to sort through and assess.

Prior to Blackpoint Cyber, we evaluated several security solutions that fit the same profile- some were SOC only, some were services with SOC backing, etc. They all left things to be desired. We were referred to Blackpoint by Galactic Advisors, who are very trusted security specialists for us. We hit it off and immediately deployed as a core part of our stack. We have had several security interactions with the SOC, and it is always good. Their communications surrounding large events facing technology in general are timely, and my account manager Nicole is great. Blackpoint is one vandor amongst many who I will gladly take calls from because they are always good and informative and not overbearing sales calls. Their expert team keeps a vigilant watch over our network, constantly monitoring for any signs of suspicious activity or potential threats.
