The secuirty software is robust and complete. The price point makes it a no-brainer! then, the onboarding reps, sales rep, and everyone else we've come in contact with is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Some things still need a little work, like the ability to send reports to multiple recipients, and policy targeting based on Office 365 groups instead of just individual users or all users. Would also like an agent pause option like most managed AV's have when needing to test/troubleshoot stuff - having to uninstall/reinstall is unecessary if there is a pause option. Blackpoint has been an awesome partner for us, they are willing to hop on sales opportunities with our team and our customers. I haven't found any negatives as of yet. Their Office365 Protect works well to advise us of anything out of the ordinary. It has already logged out hackers in the middle of the night while I'm sleeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BlackPoint just works, simple to deploy, and simple to manage. On multiple accounts, BlackPoint has prevented a critical breach of my client networks. Blackpoint adds a critical live protection layer to both Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365 environments. I have had BlackPoint call my company in the middle of the night to let me know they have stopped ransomware from running on a computer or stopped a hacker from getting into an O365 account when a client was out of the country on a business trip. Easy to install manage and use!
install it on our client server / workstation , and we get alerts for anything out of the ordinary and calls if something big apend, we finally do not have to always watch logs and changes ourself every minutes of everyday.
Their managed application control also permit us to easily manage accepted or denied software in a couple of clicks.

Their proactive approach to locking down a suspected bad user or compromised computer before anything damaging can happen takes the better safe than sorry approach. Blackpoint Cyber has saved us many headaches on several occasions, by catching security incidents that weren't caught by AV products, due to the threat actor using "reputable" tools and methods, but were known to be current malicious tradecraft.
Deployment is lightweight and simple. We have rolled out to thousands of systems via multiple RMMs w/ ease and without a single negative incident on the guest OS.
Their Microsoft 365 integration provides another level of security that sets them apart. We are able to get 24x7x365 eyes on our M365 environments and any malicious behaviour has led to their SOC being able to lock the account.
