I would like it if they had an MSI I could use to distribute the agent via Group policy.

I would like it if they had better location management. Some of our out-of-state client locations are managed by different MSPs, and even though they are all the same company, I had to break it into several clients to get each service provider and regional office the visibility they needed, but nothing else.

But again, they worked with us to ensure that our unique reporting needs weren't constrained by minimum size requirements that normally exist per client.

I love that Blackpoint isn't just someone you can call when something goes wrong. They're proactive and always available for questions or advice. Our internal security team frequently consults with Blackpoint throughout the day on security advisories and how to best handle them. With their huge team of security analysts and their excellent threat hunting, they have been a dream to work with. Getting setup with them was easy. Deployment was straightforward and easy as well. Very seldom do you run across a software that is this good but also provides excellent customer service. Everyone from their tech team, account management and devs are amazing. They rolled out a new product called Logic which is a SIEM. They got it out quick with the best features they could in the time they could but it needs work. I expect this functionality to increase over time and get better and better. They don't have mac support yet which is something that we really want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
