What do you like best about Blackpoint Cyber?

We are a UK based MSP who have reviewed various MDR's. Blackpoint gives us the peace of mind knowing our endpoints are protected. The ease of deplomyent makes it fast to roll out to customers. The support team are very quick to respond and provide additional assistance if required. The detailed notes allow any one of our engineers to respond. New features have recently been implemented 'Managed Application Control', which we will be looking to implement soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackpoint Cyber?

Nothing at the moment. Would like to see the ability to create ASR rules for Defender and service ticket integration for ConnectWise PSA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
