Sometimes it is difficult to get a workstation back online after it has been isolated.

We have had numerous snap agents stop working and there is no alert to make you aware of this huge risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blackpoint Cyber?

We have used MDR solutions in the past and I never felt like I was dealing with humans. It's clear with Blackpoint the human element is present. The solution is super easy to deploy with our RMM tool. We are new customers and couldn't be happier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
