What do you like best about Blackpoint Cyber?

Their product does exactly what they say they do. They do an excellent job of being a SOC and monitoring our clients endpoints. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgable to work with and I really like the new portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackpoint Cyber?

I don't really have any downsides, they are delivering exactly what I expected. There is always room to grow in technology advancements to provide better protection, so I have a wish list but that shouldn't be considered a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
