We have found their detection to be significally better then some competing products we have previously used. Additionally focusing more along the tradecraft has provided a better piece of mind vs just lookign for known threats and alerts. The current security landscape is filled with bad actors that leverage both known bad and known good software to perform their breaches. Knowing Blackpoint monitors both the bad but also the good for intent and behavior allows ourselves and our clients to sleep better at night. Lacks some customization options that a traditional SIEM may offer, especally around tie ins to 3rd party products they may not immediately integrate with. Billing can be a potential headache based on commitments and if a client may go down in size. Have not experianced the issue yet, but would prefer a direct used agent billing vs commitment counts that may be out of date. Just comes across as a potential pain that I am hoping to avoid. I feel like they always have my back and are looking out for our security needs. They are constantly on the alert and I get timely and accurate alerts and details from their system.

The product is simple to deploy with our RMM tool.
