I work for lululemon and we have partnered with Bizzabo on a number of our events to create website, manage registration, etc. I like that we had regular meetings with Bizzabo and that their customer support team was very responsive for trouble shooting. I was pleased with the finished products we were able to create using Bizzabo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some registration platform features were not super intuitive - I wanted to offer a waitlist feature during registration and this was not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bizzabo allows for our event registration needs to come off in a dynamic (visually and logistically) way. Overall it is easy to create a new event and if you have templates built out it you can really have some efficiencies if you have a heavy event calendar.
There is plenty of room for customization based on your needs and find the solutions/page that fits you best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall customer service could be better. The site goes through a lot of updates which have an impact on down time for us and we do not get a heads up a lot of the times. And if there is an issue - we are driven to to the FAQ page verse having a POC we can call easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bizzabo's user interface is lightweight and easy to navigate yet allows for data-centric folks to utilize their own datasets by simply converting them into CSV format. This allows me, as a data engineer, to easily support the needs of our sales and marketing people in a repeatable, programmatic way without any headaches should we have urgent requests to update guests lists. Built-in functionality to more easily support the check-in of guests who did not / forgot to register for an event would help out my on-the-ground salespeople. However this is easily fixed by creating some dummy guest entries using a simple Python or bash script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've frequently used Bizzabo for both global and local webinars, and it performed very well. Its pre-recorded and hybrid event options are particularly useful, and it integrates seamlessly with Pardot. I'd also remark on its ease of use; it's very intuitive. The registration page design options could benefit from more templates and greater flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is fantastic and I can always speak to someone live on the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would help to customize options for organizations, like registration criteria or confirmation/payment messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Admin view is really intuitive. I did not require any training to be able to manage my content event and make adjustments as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing noted at this time. The platform was just what I needed for the event we ran in the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has a comprehensive suite of features. Definitely has a very intuitive interface, which is easy to use. Gives us marketers strong networking and engagement tools. It has helped us create personalized journeys and experiences, from registration to post-event and follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None at this point. All tools have their own learning curve and it all worked out great - eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can manage all communication, landing pages, etc in one place, but all the data syncs over to our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times when we've needed customized support, our organization didn't receive it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Check in has been easy for our participants at events and they like having an ipad check in system rather than paper and pen check in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Bizzabo is awkward and clunky. I'm not too fond of the process when adding in a walk-in registration and if you upload a list it shows double instead of identifying duplicates which has caused inaccurate check-ins for us. The event creation also tends to cause problems for new users who have not been in all scenarios to walk through it. Also, the idea of one account owner giving edit access to users for each event to be able to edit the event is extremely inconvenient but this may be an organizational protocol and not the fault of Bizzabo. I miss having Boomset or would have rather gone with Cvent/StriveScan. We also pay to use Sched rather than the Bizzabo event experience to add the schedule and sessions. Overall, I have not been happy with the integration of the system. Still, I know they were looking for a system that provided the best bang for your buck and this was a platform that supported how often our organization needed to add events for a relatively affordable package. Bizzabo is a platform stuffed full of features. We might not have used them all at Warwick but it was clear that if we wanted to expand to in person events the tools were all there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The navigation in the backend to find features isn't always the most intuitive but with a strong and responsive account management team the support was always there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
