Birdview Pros and Cons

I enjoy that the timers are accessible from multiple places, and that it's easy for me to add notes as I track time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I primarily use Birdview for project tracking and task management, it's been a steep learning curve to figure out how to add time in the right ways and how to find my notes after I've added them. My company also mass-tags folks in many tasks, which makes it hard for me to locate the specific tasks I'm assigned. It would be great if access and assignments were two separately defined workflows. I like that I can easily keep track of my time by tasks throughout the week. Since I use Birdview weekly to track my time, it makes it easy to also keep track of how many hours i'm dedicating to each project. It's easy to use in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good features for the price. Nice interface if you're organized waterfall, good control of project status, with multipel options to characterize a projetc in terms of cost and resource allocation. Workload imput is painful - as tasks comes out inside a combo selector, making very hard to find the right one. The BOARD view at the activity center is not usable for Agile teams, as it stays connected to the original waterfall order of tasks, and when reassigning priorities at any column (ie, moving a task / card to the top of the column), it changes the order of tasks within the waterfall project! I love the layout of EZP. It is very user friendly and gets you the information you need in as few clicks as possible. I also love how it automatically saves your data which for people who forget to click the 'save' button (such as myself) is a great backup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that Birdview has many ways to view the tasks you need to accomplish. Rather than forcing you to use My Assignments or Resources or Dashboard, they give you plenty of options so you can view your workload the way it makes sense for you. They do updates pretty regularly and while it can be annoying to figure out where they've moved certain functions, once you locate what you need it's easy to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the interface for time tracking is well done. It is easy to use and it's nice that I am allowed to copy over activites and time from week to week. I also like the ability to save views. I also like how it imports information from our other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
