Birdview has different ways to view the tasks . Rather than using My Assignments or Dashboard, it gives you options to view your workload the way it makes sense for you.
Very easy to set up a project. The auto-create feature , in particular, is very heavily used
Good value for the price.
Customer support is really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The activity center BOARD view is not so useful for Agile teams. Reassigning priorities at any column (ie, moving a task to the top of the column) changes the task order within the waterfall project!
Frequent updates can be surprising as you'd have to to keep searching where they moved certain features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of inputting and closing out projects. The visability when multiple members are assigned to a project. You are able to see everyone's input and time if needed. I use Birdview mutliple times a day and the ease of using this platform gets easier and easier every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Someone with higher credentials needs to add you to projects even if you have super coordinator status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favourite part is the business intelligence window where we get all the required info at a glance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I felt like charging hours for a project for multiple days should have been made bit simpler Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our agency has a lot of active projects to bill time towards, multiple types of projects and multiple managers for said projects. Birdview is a clean, simple and mostly intuitive interface for billing and managing that time quickly. It's organized well and makes intuitive sense which is important for me. The main needs my level of user needs is to find projects, add time and I do it all from the timesheet view. Sometimes, if I search directly for a project or task, there can be a lot of available options for me to click on or interact with, and many of them, I just never need. So sometimes it takes a second to find where to add time to a task because there are so many possible buttons to click. But that's really it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We switched from Aha! to Birdview PSA for project management and haven't looked back!
We like Birdview because of its ease of use and the ability to segment different departments/teams. It is intuitive enough for even the causal user to be able to take over the project management role if needed. The use of "Spaces" in the system allows for segmentation of the projects, fields, and teams and allows for completely confidential spaces, if needed. Implementation was fairly easy (learning how to set up custom forms, fields, and reports) and continued support/maintenance/updating of the system is straight forward. Overall a great tool to use for many different types of teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Spaces are a great NEW tool but beware, everyone can create one and as an admin, you will not have access to every space to help support your users. It would be useful if Spaces could be toggled off unless your company would like to use the feature or at least offer permissions that let you limit someone's ability to create a space. Basic reporting capabilities are great but the system requires additional licenses to connect to PBI/etc. to allow for more robust reporting. Would love to see some more robust reporting capabilities built in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Birdview is an easy tool to use to manage projects with multiple users and to track time. Timely alerts and notifications are sent and the ease of implementing changes and automation was very useful. Customer support responded quickly via chat if you need assistance. My team used Birdview daily to manage large projects and personal task. The ease of integration was a success. There is nothing I disliked about Birdview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is an easy way to track tasks and visualize progress on projects. It allows for both excellent high level overviews and detailed low level inquries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve is quite steep and some of the user interface is not oriented as you would expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Birdview is user-friendly. You can track multiple projects which can be broken into sub-projects/tasks. You can enter as you go, adjust post-hoc, and it saves automatically, so it's flexible in terms of each own's desired frequency of use. I also appreciate the calendar feature when tracking hours to flag which days meet quota (green) or are under (yellow) / over (red). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All existing and pre-existing projects remain in the dropdown when selecting which project to track. If there was a way to hide some, it would be easier / more efficient to navigate through them. If you want to remove hours from a project, you cannot completely; it forces you to retain at least 0:01hrs (i.e. 1 min) - would just be cleaner if one could override this feature. Birdview is simple and functional. Easy Projects redefines the word easy. It is very intuitive, and easy to pick up if you are new to any PMP software. I was a new user coming from more advanced PMP applications, and Easy Projects blew me away by how fast I was able to learn and customize it to my liking (managing large scale infrastructure projects). You will like how straightforward it is to manage. Also, they just introudced Spaces, a Teams like feature that helps you collaborate with different stakeholders. A+ software. The only downsides are small quirky things like how it automatically highlights a sub heading or tite, but you get used to it after a while. And you the history feature comes in handy if you inadvertendly delete something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
