What do you like best about Birdie?

I'll never be able to calculate how much time Birdie has saved our Engineers and Product teams.

Our users are now sending us a stream of screen-recordings with feedback, bug reports and UX behaviour that we would have never caught on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdie?

Birdie is simple to use, doesn't require any installation on our end or on the users' end, and seems to always be improving. There isn't much to dislike. 5/5 stars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdie?

How easy it is to use for our end users. Helps them to explain their questions and issues better and much faster. Most details are impossible to see just texting and Birdie helps the team to see the whole picture.
