What do you like best about Birdie?

Birdie allows the customer to easily articulate whats going wrong by allowing them to record a short clip of the issue they experienced. It then directly goes to our support team where they can view what's really going on. Integrating Birdie with Intercom was seamless and quick. Our support team uses Birdie every day and we've gotten great feedback from our users who have used Birdie too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdie?

What do you like best about Birdie?

I like the ease of use of the network and console logs. The interface is user friendly and provides services like cobrowsing that helps keep our software safe. The user authentication process is also quite simple and because of this, the members of my organization do not have to sign in to everything each time they need to access a website. What do you dislike about Birdie?

Birdie regularly scans production infrastructure, however it is not able to protect again all security breaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Birdie?

Birdie is easily my favorite tool that I use on a daily basis. Birdie is a big part of my day-to-day workflow and makes life so much easier when communicating with customers. I work in tech, so I am constantly using Birdie's screen recording tool to better explain a product feature or clear up confusion with a customer when an email explanation may not be clear enough.

Birdie also integrates with our chat system, making it a breeze to request screen recordings from customers so I can get a better perspective on things from their end when they may chat in with an issue. No matter the customer, everyone seems to have a breezy time using Birdie's screen recording tools - very user-friendly!

Their support team is fantastic, comprehensive, and all-around delightful. Max and JB are prompt in their responses and resolutions to inquiries, I'm very thankful for their expertise and assistance when needed (which is extremely rare)! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdie?

Birdie is superb and straightforward, easy to use - I do not find there to be any negatives in the last year that I've been utilizing them in my daily workflow! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
