What do you like best about Bikky?

Bikky has given us so much more insights on who our guests are. I'm pleasantly suprised every time I pull up my Bikky Dashboard. The guest trends have given us insights on frequency plays, informed us on menu changes and day parts and opened our eyes on when where and who we need to market to in order to create a better business. What do you like best about Bikky?

As a fast growing brand, it's critical for us to quickly understand the impact of our marketing and menu decisions. Bikky is a phenomenal partner in helping us understand our customer data so we know exactly how how our initiatives are driving higher sales for our franchise partners.

I've launched hundreds of menu items over my career, including at some of the largest restaurant brands in the country. Working with Bikky, though, was the first time where my team and I had the ability to answer critical questions around new guest acquisition, retention, frequency, and sales.

What do you like best about Bikky?

We use Bikky to analyze data and it has become an integral tool in our growth strategy. It was easy to setup and their team is incredibly helpful. We use the platform for everything from learning more about our guests to improving our menu and operations.

The platform easily integrates with Toast and is user friendly. That said, if there are ever any questions, they have a helpful support team to guide you along the way.

Another great aspect of Bikky is that thanks to their startup culture, they listen to their customers and continually launch new features that help all of our brands become more successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bikky?

What do you like best about Bikky?

We've been working with Bikky for several months, and the experience has been outstanding. Their platform has really helped us dig into our customer data, which has made it easier to understand behavior patterns, make smarter decisions, and fine-tune our marketing efforts. Bikky offers numerous valuable reports and features that provide a comprehensive view of customer analytics. The dashboards have also been a big help in tracking and evaluating our performance.

Beyond the capabilities of the platform, the team at Bikky has been incredibly responsive and agile in addressing our needs. Whether it was supporting ad-hoc analysis requests or answering our questions promptly, they’ve always been there to support our success.

What do you like best about Bikky?

Bikky's integrations across multiple payment platforms makes it possible to gauge the effectiveness of loyalty programs, lto items, and the health of the digital business. Bikky offers segmentation based on these integrations that helps us identify and cater to specific segments of our customers, while understanding the behavior of our customers overall.

What do you like best about Bikky?

Bikky make it easy for us to better understand how our decisions impact our guests and - more importantly - lead to higher sales.

We've learned how to more strategically use our menu, from new product launches, to different item combinations. This is critical for us as our brand rapidly scales across the country.

What do you like best about Bikky?

Bikky informs a lot of our business decisions, both from a marketing and from a menu development perspective. We are able to create segments and track our guests behavior across different platforms, understanding what action we can take in order to maximize retention and boost LTV. What do you like best about Bikky?

As the Manager of CRM and Guest Insights for Eggs Up Grill Restaurants, I have had the pleasure of utilizing Bikky, since 2022. As we're scaling rapid growth toward 100 units, having bikky in our toolkit, has opened the treasure chest of our guests' behavior.By having a comprehensive understanding of our guests, we can personalize their experience and drive engagement. Bikky has been instrumental in helping us achieve this goal.

Features I use daily include the segmentation tool, to slice and dice guest behavior that's menu, frequency, or location driven. Also the trends and lifecycle dashboards are my go-to for analysis of restaurant performance at acquiring new guests, retaining returning guests, and driving frequency with engaged guests.

What do you like best about Bikky?

Bikky has allowed us to analyze our customer behavior at a level we've never achieved before. We use Bikky on a daily basis to understand how our customers interact with our brand. The tools provided have allowed us to unlock critical insights that are diving the business forward. Additionally, the ability to directly query the data via a SQL data share allows us to customize the data to answer the exact questions that we need data for. The user interface provides simple trend analysis as well as deep dive tables to allow for usability across all levels of the organization. Bikky is revolutionary with its ability to aggregate an omnichannel data lake, collecting data from all sales channels and guest touchpoints while revealing a holistic picture of our sales and guests' behavioral trends in near real-time. Bikky provides us with complete visibility and segmentable control of our guests' analytics, including, but certainly not limited to, acquisition, LTV, AOV, engagement, frequency, retention, lapse, churn, spending habits, and PMIX—including PMIX retention.

As a daily power user of Bikky, I can confidently say it is a next-generation tool. If you are looking for a tool to regain the power of your first party day, stop looking! From ease of use to full omnichannel data aggregation capabilities, Bikky is the choice for any larger SMB or enterprise in the restaurant industry looking to improve its guest experience, operational functions, analytics, and marketing activation. Bikky is a non-negotiable component of our tech stack!
