Prior to SalesDirector, our sales team was manually logging gmail meetings as Events in Salesforce. Huge time suck and more often than not reps only cared to log the first "discovery meeting" and none of the "post-discovery meetings" that really do matter. SalesDirector took all of this off their plate, they just need to send the Gmail invite, and now an Event is created in Salesforce and relates that Event to all the prospects on the meeting, and relates it to an Account or Opportunity. The only thing I'm not a fan of is when you want to modify the automation, you must work with their team and give them the criteria and they do the building. This is great for those that like this model. I prefer having more control around the automation I build because I can troubleshoot when problems arise. The assortment of decks is quite enormous. There is a slide template for almost every business purpose. The user tools for editing slides are user-friendly for me. I like the way our decks can record viewer information to analyze feedback we can use for statistics and adjustments to other decks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think ClearSlide won't work well for all presentation situations. I think it can be a tad too much and less personal than standard emails and basic communications. I wouldn't recommend ClearSlide to everyone, but for those that are in corporate environments and need something that can be updated quickly with team members, then I think it's suitable for those people. It's very easy to use. We've evaluated other screen share solutions and I always push to keep Clearslide. I've used Clearslide at previous companies also and my experience has always been thee same- super easy to use. A lot of the people I am demoing don't necessarily use screen share tech every day and to some it's completely brand new. In either case it has consistently been easy for the prospect to see my screen/demo and get a visual Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the drop down that asks to join using computer audio. Most times I'm sending the conference info so they are already dialed in adn it just gets in the way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
By integrating with tools like Salesforce, Sales AI takes the admin work out of the sales process. Sales reps no longer have to spend time manually updating the system, Sales AI will capture the activity logs for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do not fully utilize SD's features. We only use their ability to scrape GMail & Google Meetings to create Events & Tasks within SFDC. This ability allows us to get very robust data around our Sales & CSM Engagement without much lift on our side - everything happens automatically. We're also able to classify what type of meeting it is using a variety of criteria which has been very helpful. Within this limited usage, we do have to reach out to SalesDirector if we want to make any changes to the automation, but they are very easy to work with and have very quick turnaround times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like I mentioned, we don't use SD's interface, so there are a # of features we do not utilize, but the small part that we do utilize, I have no complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can see when a prospect opens your presentation. It's a nudge for me to call them since I know I'm on their mind already! I like the daily emails that show who has been using Clearslide from my team. I like being able to adjust the presentations accordingly. I like to have the 30 day expiration on the link so that I can reach out to customers that click it after the 30 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes trying to get a video meeting started I will have trouble with the attendees' audio connection. The email search function is hard to use when searching for a created link. I don't like how the presentations are filed - it would be better if they could be put in folders, grouped together. Inaccurate "health" of opportunities and the automatic next steps (which seem to have ceased lately) are often for the wrong opportunity. Contacts are added to accounts simply because the email address was associated with an email or meeting, and then the system adds incorrect contacts to opportunities. All of this causes more work for the salesperson to clean up. Very time-consuming, not to mention annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
