What problems is Betterworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Betterworks helps us with the setting, tracking, and evaluation of objectives, which are transparent and shared, as well as fostering a culture of multidirectional feedback and recognition of colleagues. Also, end-of-year evaluations and calibrations, in which we integrate feedback from multiple people. Finally, Betterworks also helps us with succession plans thanks to career conversations and the Talent Card, which contains information on each person's skills and ambitions.
