The ease of use is amazing, it is super simple from both an admin point as well as as a customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really nothing at this point. I have tested about 8 different systems from other suppliers in the past week, and this one is by far the best and ticks all the boxes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be helpful if Avaza had automation features to create automatic workflows. Resource scheduling could be more efficient and presented more precise manner. A couple of features that can be irritating, like when I am working with a specific client on different projects I can't toggle between projects without having to open up a new window - otherwise I have to enter the project name all over again from the home screen.
