it has all the things a graphic design company needs in order to manage projects. Timesheets, quotes, invoicing, data sharing and chat.
the software itself is very intuative and easy for anyone to use.
Costumer support is really good, even during late nights or early morning, someone is always on chat ready to help.

As a portuguese licensed company, the invoicing part is not useful to us as it does not comply with National regulations. we need to export SAF-T for the tax office, and this is something avaza doesnt do yet.
the chat part is great because it relates to each propect and the individual tasks, but for us that we use codes and have the same "task name" for all jobs, the chat can become confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
