With Avaza I liked that we could upload files into the to-do's themselves (and that they didn't have to be attached to a comment or timeline). Seeing status percentages on to-do's and projects was a neat feature that I haven't seen carried out as eloquently as it is on Avaza. Likewise, the time-clock works very effortlessly, and reporting was transparent and easy to use. Having a full text editor on to-do's is great, especially when working with web developers. I think the biggest problem for us was just the UI. It's clean, sure, but it's hard to use the horizontal workflow on a 15" screen. Even though this is admittedly pretty trivial it caused me to switch to another software. The dashboard is pretty pointless if you're not using Avaza for accounting or aren't as heavily invested in project stats. There's not an easy way to get notification feeds or interact with other users activity. Even though this is standard with project management platforms, I don't typically like per-user pricing structures, even though Avaza's isn't that bad compared to other services. Ease of Onboarding. Timesheet entry. Support group very helpful. Configurability of system. Startup time was minimal. Customization of invoices was good. Clients have been eager to accept invitations and no complaints about file sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cost of integration with Quickbooks. Chat feature could be more robust and like an instant message feature. Could easily become full accounting system for professional services company by allowing full P&L. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
