**What do you like best about Avaza?**

We use best-of-breed tools for our various business needs. Avaza came on top when we researched the best tools for forward-looking scheduling. We use Hubstaff for time-tracking and it is integrated with Avaza seamlessly. The time tracker through the Hubstaff desktop app is moved to Avaza at the end of the week and we use this data for analysis and invoicing. Our team relies heavily on Avaza and uses it frequently on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

The UI/UX could be improved - it looks so simplistic for such a detail-oriented software. Other than that, no material issues with the software.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avaza provides comprehensive analysis and reporting. It helps us manage project costs and improve employee utilization and productivity. Forward-looking scheduling is the feature that we use the most. It helps us forecast our project timeline and calculate revenue projections. We also use Avaza for client billing.

I like the avaza feature that allows me to see the clocking of my team members, better time management at work, simplify project management and a fairly complete data report related to the clocking time of my team members.

there are some features like Projects, it should be made easier by using some shortcuts to make navigation easier.

of course the use of avaza makes it easier for me to see the utilization of the engineer team, so I know who has an empty workload, and which ones are overloaded by work. and this can be my justification to management that my team is working in accordance with standards

The customer service! They are super fast at returning your requests for help and always friendly.

Some features are esoteric. But seriously I haven't come across anyting that their amazing customer service department hasn't been able to fix for me.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to keep track of my time investment for multiple clients across many projects. And Avaza makes that incredibly easy. It's clean and easy to navigate. I'm not a money person, but even a fool like me has to work really hard to mess up billing and payment records with their interface. Avaza literally holds my hand through the whole process. And I especially love how accurately I can time my work investment - down to 1/1000th of an hour! Honestly, there's nothing that I can think to improve on the product.

**What do you like best about Avaza?**

Actually, as a small team we looked for a long time for a perfect solution for us, to fit all our needs. Easy time tracking, invoicing and extremely quick customer support. Avaza is delivering features that we needed and they didn't have really quickly. Other companies are offering pretty much the same features for a much higher price. We are using Avaza for 3+ years now and we are extremely happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

About minuses it is kind of hard to tell. Small features in UI can be done better and maybe design in general, but that is really minor things.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avaza is making our life much easier with it's time tracking and invoicing systems. Recurring invoices and invoice reminders are the features that solved a lot of our problems.

**What do you like best about Avaza?**

The reports are so helpful for project management, invoicing, and tracking of where we are across the organization. We know at a glance employee progress and any potential overages vs timelines, cost vs billable, and can take all of the information and make decisions quickly. The customer service is fantastic- we are able to connect within a few minutes, either by chat or by video when necessary. When I have questions about the platform and how to make it work even better for us, they are helpful and there is always a solution. They work very patiently to understand and assist us in any question or struggle to find a resolution. It's a huge reason why I wouldn't want to look elsewhere for another program. It's hard to find an actual person to talk to for customer service, and they exceed my expectations and needs when I need to contact them. They also take suggestions on how to enhance the program when we have ideas. So it feels like I have a hand in improving an already great product.

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

Some small helpful additions would be great!:

1. Logging Hours Reminders: I wish some reminders could be sent daily for employees to log their time after a particular hour. With contractors, out of state employees, different time zones, forgetting happens and it can really alter reports if not everyone has clocked time on a project accurately. 

2. Full Circle Reporting: I also wish there was a way to generate one full report that would put all information in one place to show: Employee total hours for the month, how far along a person is on a project, any time overages, and verify that an invoice has been sent out for that project, as well as the status of the corresponding invoice- paid, partially paid, or late. This would solve a huge block of time when tracking this necessary information at the beginning of each month: being able to have a full report on all connected data/projects within a time frame. 

3. Timesheets and Task Logging: When we set it up for an employee to log time via timesheet, we get a notification to accept or decline their time. But a lot of times, people don't log via timesheet, they log via the task on a project. So if there was a way to approve or decline time when logged to a task that would be incredibly beneficial. As well, if someone backlogs into a previous day/month, or even in a task, it would be so helpful if we could be notified that action occurred for better employee tracking and accountability.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have almost all of our data in one place. Hours logging, project tracking, invoicing. This saves time having to track it in different ways.

In terms of a single report with all the key project financials, I suggest checking out the Project Dashboard report.  It includes Project Budget, Hours, Expenses, Fixed Amount that are tracked as well as uninvoiced and invoiced amounts.

If you have Timesheet Approvals configured then regardless of how the employee tracks time they will be able to submit that time via the Timesheet page. This will alert the relevant approvers.

Simplicity, Flexibility, Ease of creating, accessing a working with my projects.
I use it everyday, on my phone and or Mac.  Reports are just perfect forme.  To be able to save filters and reuse my reports is awesome.
When, I first set it up, I took me less the 30 minutes to start to use it and then add the attributes I wanted as I went along.  Eassier to integrate than Office 360.
I'd like to give a comment on tech support...but the app just works.  The only time I needed to check on something I got a perfect reply super fast.

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

I haven't found anything yet to dislike!

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One interface to make quotes, billing, payment follow-up, timesheet, Set-up projects, report on profitability and record payement, manage tasks.  Basically, it replace an admin.

**What do you like best about Avaza?**

1. We got the best projects to complete one task at a time while using Avaza and also it helped us create new tasks in seconds, set priorities, and deadlines, and assign them to our team and customers easily.

2. Using Avaza we were able to invite team members and customers, and assign them appropriate roles and permissions that suited our workflow, It also helped us allocate user roles based on our business needs.

3. Avaza helped us start our projects from readymade templates, and it also automated our work which helped us reduce human errors,  also using Avaza we were able to create and send estimates to our clients for approval and then converted them into a project within a few seconds.

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

1. While using the platform, at the time of integrating a few of its features with some of the other apps I faced a few limitations in the choice of a variety of platforms available for integration with it. Increasing the number of integration-enabled platforms would be great. 

2. The customization features available in Avaza are quite limited as compared to other software which provides more features with respect to customization.

3. The templates available in the app are very limited compared to other software and apps which provide a lot more templates than this app, it is also a very complex app due to the presence of so many tools in the app and less information about them which limits our functionality.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have almost all our data in one place and also it helped us create new tasks in
seconds set priorities and deadlines, and assign them to our team and customers easily, What I liked the most was using Avaza we were able to invite team members and customers and assign them appropriate roles and permissions that suited our workflow. It also helped us allocate user roles based on their business needs and it helped our team members discuss and comment on tasks to keep all our team members' thoughts in a single place it also helped us convert emails into tasks.

Easy to use, minimal training needed for team, good UX, good support with live chat and they take on board requests for new features and functionality

There are just certain features that could be improved like being able to add recurring meetings to the team schedule and we could use some more report types too

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Avaza for:
- time tracking
- job scheduling
- raising estimates
- project/task management
- budget management

It works really well for these things.

We tried another software in 2023 and it was clunky, really difficult to use and it just didn't work for what we needed.

Getting people onboarded onto Avaza is really straight forward and they pick it up quickly which saves us a lot of time.

Usefull Application which we used to track all our work activities and track the time which we spend on the work task.

Most of the options which Avaza provide is useful to me.

Time tracking is what I like most in Avaza. Once I start the timer it automatically track my task timings and after I complete my task I can stop the timer and task will be automatically saved.

**What do you like best about Avaza?**

I like how easy it is to get the information for each section that I work with. For example, I can get to reports quickly  as well as the user information to change user settings. The user interface also seems really intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

There are a lot of features and it looks intimidating from my perspective. I also don't like spreadsheets and quantitative data so my biases are coming into to play with what I dislike. If I liked entering in a lot of numerical data in various sheets - I think this would be a great experience.

We use it for employee project tracking - to make sure we are working within our alloted hours for each project.

Avaza is user friendly, allowing us to use the features we need while not over complicating the user interface. The support is also incredible.

I dislike that projects cannot ideally be set up as recurring monthly retainers and easily extend work/time/projects across multiple months with new invoices.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to track time and bill that time agaisnt our client projects. Avaza helps us easily build monthly invoices and even pull reports that provide valuable insights.

**What do you like best about Avaza?**

it has all the things a graphic design company needs in order to manage projects. Timesheets, quotes, invoicing, data sharing and chat.
the software itself is very intuative and easy for anyone to use.
Costumer support is really good, even during late nights or early morning, someone is always on chat ready to help.
We use avaza every day, we couldnt do without it now!
Every employee we have had as managed easliy to work and implement this software into their routine.

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

As a portuguese licensed company, the invoicing part is not useful to us as it does not comply with National regulations. we need to export SAF-T for the tax office, and this is something avaza doesnt do yet. 
the chat part is great because it relates to each propect and the individual tasks, but for us that we use codes and have the same "task name" for all jobs, the chat can become confusing.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a good software that has everything we need in one place, time management, project management, quoting, reports etc. We just need Avaza to be compliant with EU laws, especially in portugal finantially in order for us to also be able to use the invoicing part in full.

**What do you like best about Avaza?**

Avaza is streamlined, simple to use and accessible. Their invoicing system is easy and interfaces with Quickbooks properly to ensure our books are correct,  which has been a problem with other systems. And their customer service team is incredible - I have brought them some complex problems, and they always go above and beyond to tackle and fix the issue quickly. They are patient, even when I ask ridiculously obvious questions, and are kind, dropping the tech jargon to simplify explanations. We tried multiple systems before we settled on Avaza, but their features and awesome help team won us over - and we're happy they did!

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

I dislike that when you search in external contacts, you have to spell the full name from the beginning; it would be nice to have a search system that pulls up the title with keywords.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tried Avaza because we needed to upgrade our invoicing system, but we've since found that we use multiple other components of the software, like time tracking, expenses and reports.

  ### 50. Best system ever for estimating, project/task management, invoicing

**What do you like best about Avaza?**

I've tried at least 35 project management programs, and NOTHING works as well as Avaza. You can build task inventory, easily create estimates, easily convert those estimates into tasks, convert the tasks into invoices, which you can then send to clients who can approve them in a second with one click. The navigation is completely intuitive; you never have to guess to get from one function to the other. And it integrates well with QuickBooks. We have been using it several years now and have not run into any show-stoppers (which always happened with the other programs). It has grown with us easily and we can't imagine using anything else.

**What do you dislike about Avaza?**

Honestly, there hasn't been a downside. We ran into one restriction recently, but checked with support, and there was an easy way to get around it (sending invoices to someone who is in two different companies, which can happen when we are working with a company that has a division or affiliated company with the same accounts payable email address for both). You just have to type the addresses in the "to" file manually. If you consider that we have numerous people working on numerous projects every day, and that's about the biggest problem we've encountered, you know it's one great application. Highly recomended.

**What problems is Avaza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just moving smoothly from estimate to tasks to invoices is wonderful. Information flows with little to no need to enter in any additional data for each new phase.
